To keep our resort clean and safe for all guests, please read the following RV Resort Guest reminders:
1. Parking permits are handled electronically now. It is our guests’ responsibility to keep the resort office up to date with vehicle’s information parked at your site. Failure to display parking pass could result in being towed at owner’s expense.
2. Operation of vehicles within the resort is limited to adults who MUST proceed with extreme caution. All posted traffic signs MUST be obeyed. The posted speed limit is 5 mph
3. Quiet time is 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. All guests should be courteous to other guests and always keep noise levels within acceptable limits. This includes children to be courteous to guests.
4. MOST pets are welcome but must be maintained on a 6 foot leash at all times or be inside your RV. ALL pet waste must be cleaned up as soon as it is deposited anywhere within the resort.
5. Do not throw trash on top of or around trash dumpsters. ALL trash must be placed inside of the receptacles.
6. All RVs are required to be plugged into a surge protector before plugging into the resort’s electrical pedestal.
7. We require that ALL sewer hoses MUST have a collar (donut) or other device to allow appropriate drainage. Sewer hoses must be off the ground.
8. All electrical cords, water hoses, sewer hoses, and pet fences, are to be off the grass when crews are mowing the grass.
9. Please be courteous to your neighbors by not walking or riding bikes, etc., through any occupied sites.
10. Only two vehicles per site.
11. Check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Any guest found to be in violation of resort rules is subject to be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
