NO SMOKING IN BUILDINGS, CABINS OR RESTROOMS - Please pick up your cigarette butts. NO TENT CAMPING ALLOWED PETS - All pets must be leashed and quiet. No pets may be left unattended outside of RV. No pets in or around buildings or pool. No pets allowed at cabins. Please pick up after pets. MESSAGES - All messages will be placed on the Message Board at the office and are brought to the RV sites on an emergency basis only. LAUNDRY - Located in the main building and accessed one door east (right) of the office. GUESTS - All guests must register at office and receive a visitor’s pass. Guests will be charged $4.00 per person per day. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES CABINS - Check in at 3 pm. Check out at 12 pm. RV SITES - Check in and Check out at 12 pm. QUIET TIME - 10 pm to 7 am. Anything considered a nuisance will not be allowed. TRASH - Do not leave trash outside. Dumpsters are provided in the Resort. POOL AREA - Children 12 years of age and under must have parental supervision. There is no lifeguard on duty. No glass containers near the pool area. HIKE AND BIKE TRAIL - Must stay on trail. Sign in at office before using trail. All mountain bikers must wear helmet and sign waiver in office. MAIL - Mail drop and pickup at office. STORAGE - Outside storage is not allowed. No clotheslines, please. FIRES - No open ground fires. Fire pits provided at Clubhouse and deluxe sites. CLUBHOUSE - Open 8 am to 5 pm to Resort Guests only. Group reservations can be arranged with management. FIREARMS & FIREWORKS - Not allowed at any time. Absolutely no hunting. ALCOHOL - Consumption of alcoholic beverages will be confined to the immediate RV site. No alcoholic beverages allowed in public areas of Resort with exception of special Resort activities authorized by management. ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, LOSSES - Owners of Lake Medina RV Resort are not responsible. LONG TERM GUESTS need to keep hoses and cables off the ground. OUTDOOR FURNITURE - Place outdoor furniture, etc., off lawn when not in use. IF YOU LEAVE YOUR RV unattended overnight, please leave rig keys at the office so we can move it in case of an emergency. ATVs & DIRT BIKES are not allowed. Golf carts are to stay on paved roads & to be driven by Licensed Drivers only. Speed limit is 10 mph. RESTROOM/ SHOWERS - Open 24 hours to guests only. VEHICLE REPAIR & WASHING - Vehicle mechanical repairs, including changing of oil and lubing, are prohibited. No vehicle washing.
