Designated shelters are all restrooms and the Activity building (stay away from windows). Pets must be on a leash or in a cage while in designated shelter areas.

Welcome to Lagoons RV Resort. We hope you enjoy your stay. For the safety and enjoyment of our guests, we ask you to observe good neighbor practices. Please follow the rules to ensure everyone is provided a safe and enjoyable stay.
• If RV is more than 10 years old photos of all four sides must be submitted for approval.
• Quiet Hours are 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Speed Limit: 5 MPH
• Solicitation is not permitted in the Resort.
• Fireworks are not permitted at any time.
• All trash must be bagged and placed inside the dumpster. No items are to be left outside the dumpster.
• No open fires other than BBQ grills.
• No vehicle maintenance permitted on site.
• No ATVs allowed in the park.
• Golf carts must be driven by licensed drivers.
• Pool Hours are subject to change. Always refer to signs at pool.
• Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
• Parents must accompany children under 18 years of age at the pool or other areas of the park.
• No running, diving or horseplay is allowed in or out of the pool.
• No food or drinks in glass bottles allowed in the pool area.
• Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the pool at any time.
• No bicycles or golf carts are to be driven at night that are not equipped with lights.
• Due to safety concerns, no skateboarding around the fountain or wading in fountain water.
• All per owners must sign a Pet Policy Agreement and must provide vaccination records upon request by management.
• Pets must always be on a 6’ leash and must not be left outside unattended.
• Pet owners must clean up after their pets.
