Welcome to Lagoons RV Resort. We hope you enjoy your stay. For the safety and enjoyment of our guests, we ask you to observe good neighbor practices. Please follow the rules to ensure everyone is provided a safe and enjoyable stay.
• Lagoons RV Resort is privately owned. Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time for any reason, including condition and/or type of RV unit.
• RV unit must be in good mechanical repair and condition, and must not be unsightly.
• Check-out time is 11 AM.
• Check-in time is 3 PM.
• QUIET HOURS ARE 10 PM TO 7 AM. Disruptive noise is not permitted at any time.
• SPEED LIMIT: 10 MPH.
• Soliciting is not permitted in the Resort.
• Fireworks are not permitted at any time.
• ONLY RV STYLE CLOTHESLINES ARE AUTHORIZED.
• All trash must be bagged and placed INSIDE the dumpster. No items are to be left outside the dumpster.
• Outside lights turned off by 10:00 PM .
• NO OPEN FIRES – BBQ GRILLS ARE OKAY.
• No vehicle maintenance permitted.
• No parking on the street by order of the Fire Marshall.
• No generators after 10:00 PM .
• No ATVs allowed in the park.
• Golf carts must be driven by licensed drivers. NO Exceptions.
• POOL HOURS: CHECK SIGNS ON DOOR FOR DAYS & HOURS.
• Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
• Parents must accompany children 18 years of age and under to the pool.
• No running, diving or horseplay allowed in or out of the pool.
• FOOD, SODAS, ALCOHOL, OR GLASS
CONTAINERS OF ANY TYPE ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR POOL AREA. PLASTIC BOTTLED WATER ONLY.
• Management reserves the right to ask people to leave the pool if the rules are not being followed.
• No bicycles or golf carts are to be driven at night unless they are equipped with lights.
• No skateboards, bicycles, or scooters allowed in any of the Park’s buildings, or on the shuffleboard court. Additionally, the privately-owned homes in “The Village” are off limits to skateboarding and bicycling.
• Due to safety concerns, no skateboarding around the fountain or wading in fountain water.
• ALL PET OWNERS MUST SIGN A PET POLICY LETTER, PROVIDE SHOT RECORD, AND MUST FOLLOW ALL THE RULES.
• NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PETS IS THREE.
• PETS MUST BE ON A 6’ LEASH AT ALL TIMES AND MUST NOT BE LEFT OUTSIDE UNATTENDED.
• DOG FENCES MUST BE REMOVED FROM GRASS WHEN NOT IN USE.
• DOG FENCES ARE NOT TO BE PLACED PERMANENTLY AT ANY SITE.
• CLEANING UP AFTER YOUR PET IS MANDATORY.
• NO PETS ARE TO BE LEFT ALONE OVERNIGHT IN THE RV AND/OR VEHICLE.

Designated shelters are all restrooms and the Activity building (stay away from windows). Pets must be on a leash or in a cage while in designated shelter areas.
