Park Rules and Regulations Thank you for choosing Hill Country Cottage & RV Resort in New Braunfels, TX. Have a wonderful stay! Please bring any matter to our attention that would make your stay more enjoyable.

• For the safety of all guests, please observe the speed limit of 10 MPH. • Resort restrooms and showers are accessible 24 hours per day.

Please help to keep them neat and clean. Please notify the office if a restroom needs our attention.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Quiet time evening hours may be extended for Special Events.

• Smoking is allowed in designated areas — please do not smoke in any resort building, pool area, the Great Lodge plaza and picnic areas.

• Pets are welcome when on a leash and quiet. Pets are not allowed in buildings or pool areas. Please walk your pet in the designated pet areas and clean up after your pet. Please refer to the pet policy provided to you at check-in and on our website.

• Shirts and shoes must be worn when entering the buildings around the Resort.

• A valid driver’s license is required to operate any motorized vehicle including golf carts.

• Use of the resort facilities and amenities are at your own risk.

Management is not responsible for damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather or catastrophic events.

• Operating hours vary by seasons.

Please refer to the signs posted.

• All resort guests are responsible for the conduct, behavior, and control of their children and visiting guests.

Children under 12 years of age must have adult supervision.

• All resort guests are financially responsible for any damages, intentional or accidental, caused by themselves, children, guests and pets.

• Excessive noise, nuisance, public intoxication, illegal drug use, foul or offensive language, explosives, fireworks and firearms are not permitted at any time.

• Soliciting and posting “For Sale” signs are not allowed.

• Golf carts are allowed on the interior roads and designated golf cart paths.

• Wristbands must be worn while enjoying the resort amenities and facilities.

• For your safety, please observe the posted pool rules.

• Checkout time is 12:00 noon for both cottages and RV sites.

• Dumpsters are available around the resort property and noted on the resort map. Please place all trash in garbage bags and dispose in park dumpsters.

Please do not store trash outside of your unit.

• Please park your vehicle at your assigned site. Please do not park on the grass, street side or on an unoccupied site. Most sites allow for one vehicle. Extra vehicles must park in designated parking areas.

All vehicles must display their guest parking tag or may be subject to towing.

• A sewer hose “donut” or proper connector to the sewer line is required for RV sites.

• Campfires are allowed when contained and built off the ground.

Campfires are not allowed during quiet hours.

• Guests are welcome when they are registered and wearing wristbands.

Please remind your visiting guest to check in at the office upon arrival.

• Management reserves the right to ask any camper or guest to vacate resort property. Theft of Services law will apply.
