Awning Alert We here at Gunsmoke RV Park, in order to ensure the peace and quiet for everyone in the park, as well as safety to your pet and others, respectfully ask that you abide by all pet rules to help keep insurance rates down.

ATTENTION ALL PET OWNERS PET POLICY

> Never let a pet run loose. Always have it on a leash with a human on the other end of the leash.

Never tie your pet outside your unit and walk away or go inside, leaving it alone outside.

You must be with your pet at all times.

> No pens, cages, staking, chains or fences of any kind are allowed.

Welcome to Gunsmoke RV Park We hope you enjoy your stay with us. In order to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay, we request that you observe the following guidelines.

QUIET HOURS are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please respect the rights of other campers. DO NOT walk or drive through sites and disturb others. Loud parties or other disruptive behavior are not allowed.

Please bring such behavior to management’s attention for corrective action.

VISITORS are permitted as long as they follow our guidelines. If they use our pool or shower facilities, they are required to register and pay a fee at our Office. Only paid guests allowed on grounds when the gate is closed. Group gatherings are not permitted without prior approval.

THE POOL is open 11:30 am to 8:30 pm. Children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older. As a safety precaution we cannot permit dripping swimsuits in any building. No Lifeguard on duty.

THE POOL IS FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF OUR PAID REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. RESTROOM/SHOWERS are cleaned daily between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Please help us keep our restrooms clean and advise us of any problems. All guests age 4 and older must use same sex restroom.

SMOKING is not permitted in any of our buildings. Please help keep our campground litter free by disposing of your cigarette butts in proper receptacles, and not on the ground. This also helps prevent fires.

CHILDREN must be accompanied by an adult in the pool, restrooms, and playground at all times.

TRASH: Please keep your household trash in the dumpster located across from the playground.

TENTS may be placed only in the designated area and must be moved every three days.

FIRES: Due to high winds and frequent burn bans, ALL wood fires are prohibited without Fire Marshall’s permission through the Office. NO EXCEPTIONS! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THE FIRE RINGS, IT IS AGAINST THE FIRE CODE. MATS: Please help keep our park nice. Do not place mats on grassy areas.

ALL VEHICLES MUST BE PARKED AT YOUR SITE IN A STRAIGHT LINE WITH YOUR RV unless other arrangements are authorized by management. PLEASE DO NOT PARK OR DRIVE ANYTHING ON THE GRASS. NO WASHING OF RIGS OR VEHICLES with a hose.

WEATHER: Strong winds are common. If you feel threatened by the weather at any time, 24/7, please feel free to come to the restrooms for shelter. It is recommended that you keep your awning in when away from your site.

REFUNDS will be handled on a case by case basis.

SPEED LIMIT: TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL OF OUR GUESTS, THEIR CHILDREN AND PETS, THE SPEED LIMIT OF 5 MPH IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. OPEN FIREARMS, FIREWORKS, AND METAL DETECTORS ARE PROHIBITED IN OUR PARK. THIS PROPERTY IS PRIVATELY OWNED. THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE. PERSONS FAILING TO ABIDE BY ANY OF THESE GUIDELINES MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT ANY REFUND. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURY, OR LOSS OF MONEY, JEWELRY, OR OTHER VALUABLES OF ANY KIND. Please secure your belongings on the grounds, restrooms, pool, and other facilities.
