Gulf View RV Guidelines
Office Hours: Nov to April: Mon – Sat, 9 am - 4:30 pm. May to Oct, Mon – Fri, 9 am - 4:30 pm. Check In/Out Times: Check-in time is 12 pm and check out time is 11 am. If you plan to stay longer than 11 am please contact the resort office. Reservation Procedures: All sites are first come, first serve depending on the width and length of your rig. Guests with longer stays can take precedence. Site selection for short term stays is not guaranteed. NO TENTS ALLOWED. Changing Sites: Please do not change sites without notifying the resort office before you move. Visitors: Anyone having visitors staying over 14 consecutive days may be required to pay $5.00/per day per visitor. Please contact the resort office in writing if you have a special circumstance. Visitors coming in for the day to use the facilities/ amenities must be registered with the office and pay a $5.00 per guest fee. After 30 days the guest must submit an application for occupancy. All visitors must be accompanied by a registered guest when using the property amenities. Wi-Fi: Is available and supplied by Jabba Communications for a fee on the RV sites. You may purchase Wi-Fi for one day or longer. Information may be picked up in the office. Free Wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse and Office/Pool area. You may also contact Comcast if your stay is 30 days or longer. Mail Procedures: Gulf View is a designated mail stop only. Please have mail addressed to you, include your site # and resort address. Packages or letters delivered by FedEx or UPS must have customer’s site # as they are delivered directly to your site. Only registered guests can receive mail. If you are not registered see the office. There is a $10.00 refundable key deposit should you wish to receive mail. Propane: Tanks are filled by an outside company. Check with the office for schedule. Sign-up sheet is in the office. Sewer/Water Connections: Florida State Law requires “donuts” to connect your sewer line. We are also required by law to have backflow preventers on each water connection. Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted in any public or pool area. Ban includes e-cigarettes in buildings Fire Ants: Yes they bite!! Be cautious while walking in the grass. Let the resort know if your site needs to be treated. Garbage: All garbage must be placed in the dumpsters located past the mailboxes. Do not place tanks, appliances, wood, mattresses or other household items in the dumpster area! If is your responsibility to remove them from the property. Storage on Site: No open trailers, box trailers, utility storage units, boats, freezers, refrigerators or non-patio type furniture are allowed on site unless approved by Resort Office. No abundant “clutter” is allowed on site for an extended period of time. Only one RV per site is allowed plus 2 vehicles. Please do not park vehicles on a vacant site. There is additional parking by the Office and Clubhouse for short time uses. Page 2

Laundry: Washers and dryers are available in the laundry room. The machines are credit/debit card operated only. Umbrella clotheslines are permitted for beach towels and bathing suits only. Pool/Spa: Open dawn to dusk per our operating permit. Pool furniture is first come, first serve. Proper conduct and bathing attire are expected. No glass containers or pets in the pool area. Grills/Open Fires: No charcoal grills on the picnic tables. No open or uncontained campfires allowed in the resort. Please check with the office for any additional restrictions based on weather conditions. Motorized Vehicles: All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license. Night vehicles must display lights. SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH for all vehicles, scooters, golf carts and bikes. Pets: No aggressive breeds allowed. All pets must be kept on a leash. No fences allowed. Cats may not run loose. Pets should not be left outside unattended or tied up. Pets are not permitted in the public buildings, including bathrooms, shower house and pool area. Pets should not be an annoyance (barking continually). Please be courteous to your neighbors by only walking your pet in the area of the resort you are staying and always clean up after your pet! Walking at Night: Please wear light colored clothes and carry a flashlight so others can see you. Quiet Hours/Courtesy: 11 pm - 8 am. No generators after 11 pm. Damage: We reserve the right to charge guests for any damage they cause to the resort grounds and facilities.
