Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort Guadalupe River is the perfect place for families to have the vacation of a lifetime. Whether you’re looking to kick back and relax, or spend the day busy with fun activities, our CampResort is an ideal location. Spend the day splashing at the Water Zone, putt-putting on our 18-hole mini golf course, walking along the banks of the Guadalupe River, and so much more. No matter your age, camping with us is bound to be a blast. Make sure you experience everything our park has to offer while making memories with your friends and family!
DISCLAIMER
By entering the premises described in the attached Site Map (“Premises”), I hereby consent and authorize Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort Guadalupe River (“Camp-Resort”) and anyone else it may authorize, to film, tape, photograph, or otherwise record me and to use the photographs and/or motion pictures and video taken of me, including my name, likeness and voice, as well as any testimonial statements made by myself, and all other aspects of my personality (“Publicity Items”), and any reproduction of them in any form, for the purpose of publicizing, promoting and advertising Camp-Resort’s activities in any media now known or later developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without further compensation to me.
I further agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection with any claim by me or alleged to be on my behalf resulting from the use of the Publicity Items, the use of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant to Camp-Resort, and the full ownership rights of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant and assign to Camp-Resort.
Further, I acknowledge and agree that I assume all risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment located on the Premises including, without limitation, the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking and swimming on the Premises or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions (“Risks”). I agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection my undertaking of these Risks. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I specifically acknowledge that Camp-Resort is not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such Risks.
I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor children that accompany me, and I hereby consent to the foregoing on his/her behalf.
If you do not wish to agree to these terms, then you should not enter the Premises.

FAQS (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)
Do you offer Wi-Fi and cable? We have free Wi-Fi throughout the Camp-Resort –speeds will vary. We do ask that you refrain from streaming videos, as it tends to slow down the speed for everyone.
What are check-in and check-out times? Campsite check-in time is 3PM and check-out time is 1PM. Cabin check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is at 11AM.
Do you allow tents? Tents are allowed on Premium RV Sites/Tent Sites only. A small 2-man pup tent is allowed in addition to an RV. If no RVs are on the site, we allow up to two 10’ x 10’ tents. Please note that tent sites are susceptible to visits from insects. Can my friends come and visit? Absolutely! Guests must pay a visitor fee and the
number of people per campsite cannot exceed 8. All visitors must register at the Registration Station upon arrival.
Can I bring my pet? We do allow pets in RV sites and at designated pet-friendly cabins. Aggressive/disruptive dogs are not allowed. Please refer to “Park Policies” for more info.
Do you have trash pick-up? For your convenience, we do have curbside trash pick-up. Please do not leave bagged garbage outside overnight. Please keep sites clean and free of trash.
Do we need to bring our own linens? You can bring your own linens or rent them from the Camp-Resort. If you have forgotten them, you can visit the Registration Station to inquire about rentals.
