Therefore, we do not give refunds due to the discomforts of nature, illness, or work schedules. This includes no shows and early checkouts. Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic, outdoors environment including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking or swimming at the Camp-Resort, or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions, and agrees that the Camp-Resort and its owners, agents and employees are not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All campers are required to sign (electronically or in person) a Terms & Conditions Waiver. This can be done through the reservation link that is emailed to you, or in person. One representative from each campsite assumes the conditions of the waiver for all campers on their site(s) and guests. A printable version of this waiver can be seen below.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking (including use of electronic cigarettes) is prohibited in all buildings including all rental units (trailers, cabins, and cottages) and within 25 feet of all public entrances. In consideration of others, smoking is not allowed in the pool area or where other crowds of people may gather. Please note that any smoking that interferes with another reasonable camper’s overall experience will not be permitted. Smoking that occurs in rental units will result in a $500 fee.

DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY

Please keep in mind that this is a family campground. Alcohol is allowed for campers/guests 21 years of age and older. Loud, inappropriate, vulgar language and excessive use is not tolerated, and campers/guests can be asked to leave. Please note that any use of a legal substance that interferes with another reasonable camper’s overall experience (including at a campsite) will not be permitted. Any illegal drug use is not permitted, and campers will be asked to leave. Although Cannabis is legal in the state of Michigan, we do not encourage it to be used publicly and if you choose to use it, we ask that you do so in the privacy of your own camping unit (not allowed in our rental units).

BEHAVIORS & ISSUES

Campers are responsible for the behavior of all campers and visitors on their site. If a camper is asked to leave the park because of behaviors, refunds will not be issued.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Entrance to the park constitutes permission to Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ to photograph the visitor while on the premises and to use the resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without payment to the visitor.

Do not leave your fire unattended and extinguish before bed. Please follow any posted Fire Danger notices. Do not throw trash, food, plastic, diapers, dog waste or cans/bottles in or around fire rings.
