GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT
• Check-in time is 12 noon for RVs and tents. 3 pm for cabins.
• Check-out time is 11 am for all sites. Please be courteous to the next guest and leave your site as you found it and let us know if anything needs attention. (Prior arrangements need to be made for extended stays or late departures)
• Quiet hours: 10 pm-7 am: Please be considerate of others around you.
• Speed limit is 5 mph. Please remember we have a lot of kids. Drivers of E-bikes, ATVs or golf carts must abide by the 5 mph & legal driving age. No dirt bikes to be driven on property.
• ALL VISITING GUESTS MUST register at the office and pay all applicable fees.
• NO SMOKING of any kind ALLOWED IN ANY BUILDINGS OR CABINS.
• Garbage dumpsters are provided for normal trash only. DO NOT fill our dumpsters with your junk. Never leave any trash outside of dumpsters or our next guest might be a hungry bear!
• Each RV site is allowed ONE vehicle per site; NO tents allowed on RV sites (exception: canopy or screen/shade tents with no bottoms).
• Each tent site is allowed ONE tent and ONE vehicle per site with a maximum of 4-6 people.
• Extra vehicle charge: $5/day charge will be assessed per extra vehicle as approved by management.
• Campfires are only allowed in designated fire rings/pits, at a moderate size and MUST be attended at all times and put out completely before retiring.
• An Outdoor sink is provided for washing dishes at the East bathhouse. Washing dishes in bathroom sinks is NOT allowed.
• No vehicle or RV washing is allowed.
• All RVs are required to be connected with the proper connections. Never place your sewer hose directly into our sewer drops.
• We water our grass most nights during our peak season so you can enjoy the green. Take all items inside that you do not want to get wet. KEEP VEHICLES & MATS OFF grass area.
• Basic Wi-Fi is provided free to registered guests only. It is not meant for streaming or gaming. We also provide free cable TV (channels on pg. 7) - You are camping - we suggest you connect in other ways!
Glenwood Springs West KOA Holiday is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause. So be careful, and we will too!
PET RULES
• Pets must be leashed and picked up after at all times and never left unattended. Pets are not allowed in any buildings unless it is a pet-friendly cabin.
• Keep all pets off other sites regardless if site is unoccupied.
• No bathing of pets in bathhouses.
SWIMMING POOL AND HOT TUB RULES
• Hot tub and pool hours: 10 AM to 8 PM during our peak season.
• No glass is allowed in pool area for your safety.
• No food (including snacks, candy and ice cream) is allowed in the pool area.
• All children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 while in the pool.
• Hot tub is for adults 16 and older only. It is not a kiddie pool.
• Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
