1. Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM. Check-In Time: 1:00 PM. 2. Quiet Time Hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. If necessary, generators may be operated 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. 3. Site Rates are for two people. There is a $3.00 per person charge for any additional guests in the party at time of Check-In or for “overnight” guests. Any “day” visitor wishing to use the pool must check in at the office and pay a $5.00 fee. They will receive a wrist band that must be worn while on the property. 4. One RV and a tow vehicle (either a car or a pickup) can be parked on your site. We do have an “Overf low” parking area for extra vehicles. We ask that your vehicles be parked on the gravel, NOT on the GRASS. Also, if you put a rug on the grass, it will kill the grass. Please help us keep our grass “alive.” 5. Please obey our Speed Limit of 5 MPH; ALL ROADS in the Park are ONE WAY. 6. Our streets are for vehicles only (motorcycles to be ridden INTO and OUT OF the Park). Skateboards, roller-skates/blades, scooters, ATV’s, and golf carts are NOT to be operated in the Park. 7. Mechanical repairs of vehicles, including oil changes, are not permitted. These items are to be accomplished outside of the Park. 8. Children under 12 must be supervised at all times. 9. There is a $10 fee for each unit to wash your RV or a vehicle. 10. KEEP YOUR NEIGHBORS HAPPY! Please REFRAIN from any of the following activities: loud music, boisterous behavior, profanity, abusive language, walking through OCCUPIED Sites and NO outside fires permitted. 11. Fireworks, firearms, explosives or weapons are dangerous and disturbing to other guests and all of these items are to be left OUTSIDE of the Park. 12. Your pets are WELCOME (with the exception of Pit Bulls, Rotweillers, Dobermans and Chows); however, they are not to be left outside unattended and must be on a leash at all times. You MUST pick up after them at all times — even in the “field.” Pets DO NOT go into any of the buildings, pool, or pavilion areas.

We Accept: 13. Please help us to maintain the CLEANLINESS and APPEARANCE of the Park by insuring YOUR Site remains free of: trash, garbage cans, litter, cigarette butts, clothes lines, storage containers and structures that are not an integral part of your RV. 14. Only plastic or paper containers will be used in the pool and pavilion areas. 15. ALL RV sewer connections must utilize a Sewer Donut or 90 degree elbow. 16. NO REFUNDS — Rain Checks may be issued in some cases. 17. Please refrain from walking around or from site to site with open alcoholic containers. If you drink, please keep it on your site and not out of control.
