1. Office Hours: Are posted at the office. After hours assistance: Contact hosts on duty.

3. Quiet Times are from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. Please refrain from operating generators during this time. Loud Music at any time is not permitted.

Rules & Regulations

2. Check-Out: 12:00 noon. A two-hour early check-in and/or two-hour late check-out for your reservation may be available, each for an additional fee. If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability. Early check-in / late check-out not available at all locations.

5. Rental Rates: Based on 2 (two) persons and 1 (one) RV per site.

7. Subleasing: Or use of your empty lot during your absence is not allowed. Check with office for subleasing policy.

Foothills West RV Resort is an age-qualified resort.

4. Speed Limit: 10 mph. Please observe, for your safety and our residents’ safety.

6. Electric: A $50.00 electric deposit will be charged for 30 days or more.

8. Guests: Are welcome, but must register at office. Residents are responsible for the actions and conduct of their guests. There is a limit of 14 days max for guests. Ask at office for longer visits. Guest Rates: $2.00 per person/per day for those 18 and over. Minor children must be accompanied by a resident at all times. Guests staying at your site during your absence must have a letter of permission from you and present it to the office. All guests must abide by the rules and regulations for Foothills West RV Resort.

12. Pool Rules: Swimmers must shower before entering Jacuzzi or pool. If using oil, suntan lotion, body cream, etc., please re-shower before entering Jacuzzi or pool. No shoes (except swim shoes) or street clothes allowed in the Jacuzzi or pool. Swimsuits only. During High Season (October to April), Swim time for those under age 16 is 11:00 am to 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. During Off Season (May to September), there are no designated swim times. Children must have adult supervision. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swim at your own risk. No glass containers are allowed in pool area. NO PETS IN POOL AREA.

13. Laundry: Machines operate by credit card and coins. Please keep our laundry room neat and clean. Limit use to 2 (two) machines at 1 (one) time. Hanging clothes out at site is not permitted. Outdoor clothesline is available in rear section of park. $10.00 monthly charge for personal washer in RV Site.

11. No Smoking: In any of our buildings. Please use ashtrays outside of buildings for disposal of cigarette butts. DO NOT toss cigarette butts on the ground.

9. Sites and Parking: Keep your site neat and clean. No outside storage. Sites are designed for 2 (two) vehicles and 1 (one) RV. All others, (e.g. boats, third vehicle, etc.) must be parked in storage area. No parking allowed on streets or empty lots. Taking shortcuts through a vacant lot could damage underground plumbing and sewer pipes, YOU will be responsible for the damage.

14. Vehicles: RVs may be washed twice a season. Please conserve water. Washing of cars and trucks not permitted. Servicing of vehicles is not permitted. Golf Carts must observe speed limit of park and driver must have a valid driver’s license.

15. Children: All children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under age 18 are not allowed in pool hall, shuffleboard area and horseshoe pits.

16. Sewer: Use proper connections. Sewer and drain connections must be sealed at all times.

17. Commercial Business shall not be conducted in the resort. Garage Sales, etc., must have written permission from the park.

18. Trash: Place in dumpster located next to fence behind shuffleboard courts. Aluminum (beer and soda cans) recycling bin behind fence next to pull thrus.

19. Fire Fees: Annual guests pay a $50.00 Fire Fee on the month of January.

Foothills West RV Resort is not responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of property. Use of facilities is at your own risk. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. A complete list of rules and regulations will be given at check-in.
