Why does my device indicate that there are no available wireless networks to connect to?

Make sure your Wi-Fi adapter is turned on, All Wi-Fi equipped internet devices have a switch, button or setting option that allows you to turn on the Wi-Fi adapter. Please contact your device manufacturer for additional information.

Why can I not sign in as a returning Customer?

If you are returning to the location and it has been some time since you have last used our services, your credentials may have expired. Please forget the network from your device before re-registering.

Wi-Fi does not support streaming, basic browsing only. Highway West is an open network.

Late Check-Out Policy for RV Sites:

Late check-out must be arranged the morning of departure to ensure availability. Guests who remain after 11:30am without arrangement will be charged an additional night’s stay.

Pet Policy:

Well behaved pets with current shot records are welcome! Please be sure to register all furry friends in your party upon arrival. Guests should have papers should they need assistance.

• Guests are responsible for picking up after their pet. Please dispose of waste accordingly in a trash receptacle.

• Pets must be always kept on a leash and under the control of their owner, 6ft leash maximum.

• Pets may not be left outside or in public areas unattended.

• Guests should carry proof of pet’s current vaccinations.

• For the protection of, and in consideration of our guests, noisy, vicious, or unruly pets are not allowed. Guests who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the premises, or the animal may be taken by local animal control authorities.

• Resort is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s). Owner of pet that causes injury or damage to others is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party.

• Exotic pets are strictly prohibited.

RV Sites:

• Please leave your space as you found it. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for excess waste or damage.

Hospitality Units (Cottages, Vintage Trailers, Tents):

• 2 dogs max. No cats or exotic pets allowed. A one-time non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $50.00 will apply.

Pool Rules: Open 9:00am - 9:00pm

• Children under 14 must be accompanied by adult. Registered guests only; no visitors, no glass, no personal speakers, no smoking, or vaping, no pets. Please bring your own towel.

Playground Rules: Open 10:00am – Dusk

• Open 8:00am-10:00pm each day, please receive key access from the Sideways Inn Front Desk.

Miscellaneous:

• Bocce Courts, Pavilion, and The Meadow with Basketball Court may be reserved for private parties (subject to availability on special events)

• Streets must be kept clear per the Santa Barbara County Fire Department for emergency vehicles.

• Chalk Art is forbidden at RV sites, road and Hospitality/Glamping units and be subject to a $100 cleaning fee.

• Bikes, Scooters & anything with wheels requires helmets to be worn by all guests 17 and under.

• Drones are not allowed on property.

• During your stay with us, you may display unaltered country, sport, and vacation flags. However, no political or confederate flags may be displayed while on property. Guests will be asked for these flags to be removed if they wish to continue their stay at Flying Flags.

Vehicle Policy:

• All RVs must be RVIA certified and are subject to management approval.

• One sleeping unit and one passenger vehicle are allowed per site and must be parked completely on the site.

• Extra vehicles may be registered for a fee subject to space availability.

• For everyone’s safety please observe the posted speed limit of 5 mph.

• Working on vehicles is prohibited.

• All vehicle license numbers must be recorded at the Registration Office.

• Anyone operating a motor vehicle must have a valid driver’s license.

• Gas powered golf carts, toys, quads, mini-bikes, and skateboards are not permitted.

• Dropping camper shells is prohibited.

• No Tents Allowed.

Occupancy Guidelines:

• Unless otherwise stated 2 adult guests are included in rate.

• Additional guests over 2 people are subject to additional fees.

• Unless otherwise stated, 6 guests maximum (including children) per space.

Security:

• Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.

• Keep your valuables and bicycles locked up.

• Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately.

• We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.

Quiet Hours:

• Quiet Hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am year-round.

• The use of generators is not permitted.

• No amplified music is allowed.

• Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed.

• No Bluetooth speakers, TVs or portable speakers allowed.

• Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave, lose future privileges, forfeit deposits, and remainder of stay.

• Profanity or violence towards others and the Resort Team will not be tolerated. Violation of this will constitute immediate removal from the property, forfeiting of deposits, and remainder of stay.
