Guidelines for an Enjoyable Stay Check-In Time:

• Drones are not allowed on property.

Cabins: 4:00 PM / RV Sites: 1:00 PM

• No smoking/vaping in any common area.

Check-Out Time:

• Bikes may not be ridden after dark; helmets encouraged.

Cabins: 10:00 AM / RV Sites: 11:00 AM

Fires:

Late Check-Out Penalty: $50 penalty PLUS nightly fee if not off site by 1:00 PM.

• Campfires are only permitted in the provided ring which may not be moved.

Office/Facility Hours:

• Must never be left unattended.

Refer to welcome sheet for hours of operation.

• Flames should not exceed 24”.

Guest Services:

• Campfires and coals must be completely extinguished by 11:30 PM.

• No propane-fueled fires.

Vehicle Policy:

Propane filled at 9:00 AM, 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM

• One camping unit, one tent and two passenger vehicles are permitted and must be parked completely on the site.

Pet Policy:

• Extra vehicles may be registered for a fee.

• Must be on a leash at all times and under the control of the owner.

• For everyone’s safety, please observe the posted speed limit of 7 mph.

• Pets must be current on all shots.

• All vehicle license numbers must be recorded at the office.

• Dispose of pet waste accordingly.

• Anyone operating a motor vehicle must have a valid driver’s license.

• Pets are not allowed in the pool area, on the beaches, in rental units or any buildings.

• Maximum 2 pets per site. Visitors may not bring pets.

• In consideration of our guests, noisy, vicious or unruly pets are not allowed. Guests unable to control their pets must remove them from the premises, or the animal may be taken by animal control authorities.

• Resort is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s). In addition, owner of pet that causes injury or damage to others is expected to resolve the issue with the injured party.

• Only cars, trucks, motorcycles and golf carts are permitted for motorized transportation in the park.

Golf Carts/Boats: • Fees apply; Limit one boat (max 21 ft) and/or golf cart per site/cabin. Must be registered at check-in.

• Must have valid license to operate. Minimum age of 19 (21 for rentals) for golf carts.

• Jet propelled watercraft not allowed on property or off the shores of Danforth Bay. • Reckless behavior will not be tolerated.

Playground Rules:

Occupancy Guidelines:

• Open 8:30 AM to Dusk. Children may not be left unattended.

• Must be 21 or older to reserve a site or cabin.

Pool/Beach Rules: • No lifeguards on duty, swimming is at your own risk.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

• No swimming after dark.

• No glass, smoking or vaping.

• No reserving tables or chairs.

• No roughhousing.

Miscellaneous: • Leave your space as you found it. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for excess waste or damage.

• Dumpsters are for bagged household trash only. Do not leave trash out overnight.

• Do not remove back flow preventers. If removed there is a $50 fine.

• 2 adults and 2 children are included in the rate.

• There are no fees for ages 3 and under.

• Additional guests (day or overnight) up to the maximum allowed per site/cabin are subject to additional fees.

• Visitors may not bring boats, golf carts or pets.

Camper Etiquette: • Quiet hours are from 11 PM – 7 AM • Loud, objectionable noise and amplified music are not allowed at any time.

• Profanity or violence towards others and/or the resort team will not be tolerated.

• Store alcohol in secure locations.

• Any type of illegal activity will result in immediate removal by local authorities.
