Resort GuideliNes for Happy CampiNg

As we work through the pandemic, thank you for your cooperation in keeping our guests safe. If you’re feeling sick, or have been exposed to someone sick, please stay home.

VEHICLES:

• 5 MPH speed limit inside Resort.

• Make sure parking permit is visible for duration of stay.

• Return parking permit and access cards at checkout.

• No ATV/UTV riding allowed within Resort or Tribal Land.

• Maximum two vehicles per site.

• Extra trailers are allowed with an office permit ONLY.

• Park all vehicles only on pavement.

• Cab-over campers must remain on truck –tents are not allowed.

• All RVs must be self-contained.

• We accept RVs that are newer than 10 years that are in good condition; exceptions at the discretion of management.

TIMES

• CHECK IN: 12pm or later.

CHECK-OUT: Site must be vacant by 11:00am.

• Quiet time is 10pm-7am.

• Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm; Saturday-Sunday 8am-4pm.

• Moving sites must be authorized in advance by office.

TRASH

• Picked up daily at 7am. Place tied plastic bag at site front entrance, not on the road. Do not place bagged trash out overnight as it will attract wildlife. Please use the dumpster located behind the office at all other times. Please keep your site and the Resort litterfree, including cigarette/cigar butts and pet waste.

PETS

• Only well behaved dogs are welcome. Barking and dangerous dogs will not be tolerated. You must pick up after your dogs, including inside the dog park. Maximum of 2 pets per site.

NO TOLERANCE FOR PETS OFF LEASH

You will be asked to leave immediately!

CONDUCT

• Respect others by not walking through occupied sites.  Use roads or walking trails.

• Shirts and shoes must be worn in Clubhouse/Office at all time. No wet clothing allowed. Service dogs only.

• Parents are responsible for their children at all times.

• Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, etc. are not allowed on walkways around Office/ Laundry area.

• No smoking in buildings. Dispose of cigarette/cigar butts properly.

• The Verde River is closed.

• We do not allow: firearms, narcotics, campfires, clotheslines, storage sheds, discharging of fluid onto the grounds, loud music/noise, running of generators.

• Please respect the peaceful environment of the Resort by limiting noise from vehicles, including motorcycles.

WILDLIFE

• Do not feed wildlife or stray animals.

• Fishing is prohibited on Tribal land.

• During warmer months watch out for snakes – contact Office or Police for removal.

• Keep gates latched and closed.

LAUNDRY

• Change machine available in Laundry Room.

• Please remove clothes at the end of the cycle.

RV SITES

• RV sites are assigned and any changes must be approved by the Resort Office first.

• All guests and visitors must register at the office before going to a site.

• Use large rocks to cover and/or secure sewer cover.

• Commercial wash only on site for all vehicles and wash only by approved vendors listed in this guide (page 7).

• The Resort no longer accepts incoming mail. Please visit The UPS Store for services.

• Phones: Direct-to-site calls 480-789-8(site #). Long distance calls must use a calling card (9 to dial out).

POOL/SPA

• No lifeguard on duty.

• Guests use the pool at their own risk.

• Children under age 14 must be supervised at all times.

• No Children allowed in the spa.

• Pool hours 6am-10pm.

OPEN CAMPFIRES ARE PROHIBITED.

PROPANE FIREPITS ALLOWED.

EAGLE VIEW HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE AND TO EVICT ANY GUEST THAT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE GUIDELINES OF THE RESORT, WITH NO REFUND.
