Cancellation/Refund Policy Cancellations for Sites must be made by 4:00 pm 2 days before. Cancellations for Cabins and Deluxe Cabins must be made by 4:00 pm, 7 days before. You can help us protect Campground resources and provide a more enjoyable experience for all Campground users by observing the following rules and procedures. Your cooperation is appreciated. 1. SPEED LIMIT – 5 mph throughout the entire Campground. WATCH FOR CHILDREN NEAR PLAYGROUND.

2. PETS are welcome. Please keep on leash. Walk by creek or by maintenance building. Please clean up after them and keep them quiet. DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED. 3. FIRES permitted in grills or existing fire rings only. Fire hazard is very high in this area! Please take care near wood chips. CUTTING OR BREAKING OF ANY TREES OR SHRUBS (DEAD or ALIVE) is illegal. Firewood is available at the store. 4. QUIET TIME is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please be considerate of your neighbors. NO GENERATOR USE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. 5. TRASH – Please place trash in Dumpster at Campground entrance. 6. RECYCLING – Bins for glass bottles, plastic bottles and aluminum cans located next to dumpster. No bottle caps or misc. plastic. 7. LAUNDRY – Open 24 hours in main building. Soap available in store. Satellite Laundry is open 24 hours daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day. 8. POOL – NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AT ANY TIME! Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No glass containers or pets inside pool fence. Pool hours are 10:00 am to dusk. 9. WASHING OF VEHICLES IS NOT PERMITTED! Water is very limited in quantity and our usage is monitored by the State of Colorado. 10. CLOTHESLINES ARE NOT PERMITTED AND WILL BE REMOVED. 11. PLAYGROUND closes at dusk. No pets or glass in playground area. 12. FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS prohibi­t ed in Campground. 13. CHECK-OUT TIME is 11:00 am SHARP! Please be considerate of the campers who may be waiting for your site. Please re-register for additional days prior to 10:00 am.
