Rules, Regulations & Other Information
• Check-in Times: Monday through Saturday 2 to 6 pm; Sunday 1 to 3 pm.
• Check-out Time: Noon.
• Clubhouse Hours: Monday through Saturday 9 to 6 pm; Sunday 11 to 3 pm.
• Keeping guests safe with a 10 MPH restriction throughout entire park.
• Do NOT leave pets unattended outside.
• NO pets allowed in Laundry or Bathrooms.
• NO parking in street or on gravel landscape.
• NO washing pet beds in laundry facilities.
• Pets MUST be on a leash! Electronic collars are NOT substitutes!
• CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET.
• Video surveillance 24 hours a day.
• Nothing with wheels in pickleball courts.
• We strive to keep our park clean and comfortable for ALL guests, so please help us by picking up after yourselves and your pets throughout every area of the park.
• Trailers/Automobiles in overflow parking MUST have a guest tag. See office for availability.
