A Few Things to Know During Your Stay We want Desert Trails to be a comfortable, relaxing place for everyone. A few helpful reminders will keep our community running smoothly... CHECK-OUT TIME is 11:00 am. Need a little more time? Please check with the office before 10:00 am and we’ll let you know if a later departure is available. • QUIET HOURS: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. Please keep music, televisions and other noise at a considerate level throughout the resort. • POOL HOURS: 7:00 am – 10:00 pm. • VISITORS: Your guests are welcome! Overnight visitors must register at the Front Office. A $5 per person/per night guest fee applies. • PETS: We love our four-legged guests, too! Please keep pets leashed throughout the resort and promptly clean up after them. Arizona law requires pet waste to be disposed of properly. Aggressive dogs are not permitted.

• AROUND YOUR SITE: Please keep your site neat and uncluttered. Sewer connections must be properly secured; open sewer collars are not permitted. Major vehicle or RV maintenance and repairs are not allowed on-site. • LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Please remove clothing promptly when your cycle is complete and help us keep the laundry areas tidy for the next guest. • AND A FEW FINAL NOTES... Desert Trails is a smokefree resort. Firearms, fireworks and other dangerous or disruptive activities are not permitted. We reserve the right to address situations that interfere with the safety, comfort or enjoyment of our guests, including disruptive behavior or damage to resort property.
