Dellanera RV Park

The Premier Sites (as seen on the left) include a well-designed seating area with a wind break and lighting, a moveable firepit to place in just the right spot for your enjoyment, amazing views, access to the beach on the Gulf Side of the Island.

Guidelines for an Enjoyable Stay

General Rules:

• Skateboards, bikes, scooters, etc., are NOT allowed on the pavilion, ramp or dune crossovers.

• No dumping of gray water in campsites.

• Do not put up clotheslines or hang clothing on fences.

• Do not put rubberized materials in dryers.

• Please replace sewer cap onto sewer outlet before leaving campsite.

• No Tents, Tarps or Shelters in RV Campsite. Properly secured canopies are allowed.

• Vehicles of any kind are not permitted to access the beach from Dellanera.

• Site damage and cleaning fees could range from $25 and up. (Examples include but are not limited to:

- Pedestal: $900+, Table: $400+

- Excessive trash/waste: (cigarette butts, pet waste, paper, etc.) $50+)

• A credit card must be placed on file to make a reservation. A deposit of at least half down must be made to reserve a site.

• Cancellations must be made 7 days before arrival date. (No Exceptions) Rescheduled reservations must be made 24 hours before arrival. Late cancellations or late rescheduling will be charged a fee of one night.

• Holidays and special events required a 2 to 3 night minimum.

• Early departures are not eligible for refunds.

• Only in the event of a voluntary or mandatory evacuation, refunds will be issued from the date of the evacuation to the date the park re-opens.

• Please be respectful and considerate toward your neighbors.

• Excessive noise or disturbances for any reason could result in an eviction. (Disturbances could include but are not limited to disorderly persons, excessive noise, loud dogs, etc.)

• Disorderly call out fees may be applied.

• Do not run generators while in the park.

Emergencies:

Dial 911 for Police, Fire or Medical Emergencies.

Vehicles:

• Recreation Vehicles only. (No tents, no sleeping in standard vehicles.)

• All vehicles must be insured, registered and in good working order.

• Each campsite is permitted one vehicle and one RV with their reservation. Vehicles must fit onto the campsite and not hang onto the roadway.

• Additional vehicles must obtain a parking permit from the pavilion and park in designated areas only. Any vehicles parked on the roadway, in a vacant campsite, or a non-designated area will be towed at the owner’s expense.

• Guests (except sites 35 through 44) should exit their site heading west. Failure to do so could result in your trailer hitting the pedestal located on the driver’s side.

• Please do not park on the grass.

Pets:

• We are pet friendly, to friendly pets. (Please do not bring pets that you believe could be dangerous or disorderly.)

• You must clean up after pets. (Fees may apply if not followed. Waste bags have been provided in the green dispensers throughout the park.)

• Pets must remain on a leash at all times.

• No pets in the restroom, laundry room, or gift shop.

• Please do not leave pets unattended at your campsite.

• Pets should not be left in hot campers or vehicles.
