CAMPSITES:
All campsites feature Water, Sewer, Electricity (20 amp) (30 amp) (50amp), picnic tables. BBQ pits are only available upon request.
• Pull Through Sites: All trailers or RVs must pull into these sites facing North.
• Ocean Front Sites: All trailers or RV’s must be BACKED into these sites.
• Lagoon Side Sites: All trailers or RV’s must be BACKED into these sites. Guests staying in sites 45 through 65 should back into designated sites before checking in at the main office.
24 Hour Amenities: Restrooms, Shower Facilities, Laundry Room, and the deck on the pavilion are closed to the public at 5 PM. Daily beach parking will not receive the restroom or laundry codes. All amenities are only available after 5 PM to RV guests.
Additional Amenities: Recreation Room, Gift Shop.
• Enforcement of Behavioral Conduct: In the event of obnoxious or offensive activity, as determined by the resort management, the parties responsible for such activities will be required to leave the resort immediately. The enforcement of this clause will be executed without any refund of fees or deposits
EMERGENCIES
• Dial 911 for Police, Fire or Medical Emergencies.
VEHICLES:
• Only 1 vehicle parked at each campsite.
• Recreation Vehicles only. (No tents, no sleeping in standard vehicles.)
• All vehicles must be insured, registered and in good working order. Trailer and vehicle conversions must be registered and insured as a recreational vehicle. Must show proof at management’s request.
• Each campsite permits one vehicle and one RV with their reservation. Vehicles must fit onto the campsite and not hang onto the roadway.
GENERAL RULES:
• Skateboards, bikes, scooters, etc. are NOT allowed on the pavilion, ramp or dune crossovers.
• No dumping of gray water on campsites.
• Do not put up clotheslines or hang clothing on fences.
• Do not put rubberized materials in dryers.
• Please replace sewer cap with the sewer outlet before leaving campsite.
• No Tents, Tarps or Shelters in RV Campsite. Properly secured canopies are allowed.
• Do not leave anything on beach overnight. The city will dispose of everything left on beaches.
• Vehicles of any kind are not permitted to access the beach from Dellanera.
• Site damage and cleaning fees could range from $25 and up. (Examples include but are not limited to: Pedestal = $1300+, Table =$400+, Excessive trash / waste (cigarette buds, pet waste, paper, etc.) =$50+)
• Guests who fail to follow Park rules will be asked to leave.
• A credit card must be placed on file to make a reservation. A deposit of at least half down must be made to reserve a site.
• Cancellations or rescheduled reservations must be made 7 days before arrival date. Late cancellations or late rescheduled reservations will be charged a fee of one night.
• Weekend, Holidays and special events require a 2-night minimum.
• Early departures are not eligible for refunds.
• Only in the event of a voluntary or mandatory evacuation, refunds will be issued from the date of the evacuation to the date the park re-opens.
• Quiet time is from 10:00pm – 8:00am.
• Additional vehicles must obtain a parking permit from the pavilion and park in designated areas only. Any vehicles parked on the roadway, in a vacant campsite, or a non-designated area will be towed at the owner’s expense.
• All guests, except sites 35 through 44, should exit their site heading west. (Failure to do so could result in your trailer hitting the pedestal located on the driver’s side.)
• Please do not park in the grassy areas
PETS:
• We are pet friendly, to friendly pets. (Please do not bring pets that you believe could be dangerous or disorderly.)
• Dellanera assumes absolutely no responsibility or liability for any accidents or injuries, or loss from any cause with any animal disturbances.
• You must clean up after pets. (Fees may apply if not followed. Waste bags have been provided in the green dispensers throughout the park.)
• Pets must always remain on a lease, unless in designated dog park area.
• No pets in the restroom.
• Please do not leave pets unattended at your campsite.
• Pets should not be left in hot campers or vehicles.
• Pets must be in your RV at night.
The Premier Sites (as seen on the left) include a well-designed seating area with a wind break and lighting, a moveable firepit to place in just the right spot for your enjoyment, amazing views, access to the beach on the Gulf Side of the Island.
