Three Sisters Springs, Part of the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge:
This beautiful inlet features crystal-clear turquoise waters and is a winter sanctuary for manatees. Visitors can observe them from a boardwalk or enjoy kayaking and snorkeling for a closer view.
Crystal River Archaeological State Park:
A 61-acre park preserving six prehistoric Native American mounds, including temple and burial mounds. A museum on site showcases ancient pottery and tools. Don’t miss the observation deck atop the largest mound for sweeping views.
Crystal River Preserve State Park:
This diverse natural park features salt marshes, mangrove islands, and hardwood forests. Perfect for hiking, biking, kayaking, and bird watching — an excellent way to explore Florida’s wild side.
Fort Island Gulf Beach:
A scenic beach on the Gulf of Mexico, great for swimming, picnicking, or relaxing. The fishing pier and boardwalk are popular with families and sunset lovers alike.
Chassahowitzka National Wildlife Refuge:
Located nearby, this expansive 31,000-acre refuge is a haven for wildlife like the West Indian manatee. Visitors can enjoy boating, fishing, and exploring untouched Florida landscapes.

GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT
Please review the following guidelines with members of your party so that everyone has a safe and fun stay at our campground.
• Camping fees are to be paid prior to setting up on the site. Check-in time is 2 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. If you wish to stay another day, or your departure is delayed, please check with the office to make sure no incoming campers have been assigned to the site, and to pay the late checkout fee. Every car in the campground must be registered.
• Our guests may have visitors between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. A fee is charged per person, ages 18 and older. Visitors must register upon arrival. Unregistered guests will be asked to leave.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.; however please be courteous to your neighbors at all times.
• Running on generators is prohibited.
• Help us keep our campground green. Please do not park on grass or put mats or carpets on grass. No tents on full hookup or cabin sites.
• Fireworks and firearms prohibited.
• Campfires in designated pits only.
• Wildflower and domestic flower picking is prohibited. Please do not walk or climb in the flower beds.
• Washing vehicles or RVs is not permitted.
• Six people maximum on any site.
• Two tents maximum on any tent site, if space allows.
• No charging of Electric Vehicles at RV pedestals.
• Firewood is available at the store for a fee.
• Pets are welcome, but state law requires a six-foot leash. Pets are not allowed in the pool area or in any building. You must clean up after them, and they should never be left unattended.
• Observe posted pool rules. Any child under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a guardian, age 18 or older. There is NO lifeguard; swim at your own risk.
• Report any accidents to the office immediately.
• Alcoholic beverages permitted at Campsites only.
