Cooperstown KOA GUEST SERVICES GUIDE RELAX IN THE QUIET, RURAL SURROUNDINGS OF COOPERSTOWN, NY Nestled among farms, cattle ranches and Amish communities in the foothills of the Adirondacks, the Cooperstown KOA campground is a lovely retreat from the everyday. It makes a perfect base camp for visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame and other attractions in upstate New York. Campers spend their time exploring all that this area has to offer: historic Cooperstown, the Dreams Park, Glimmerglass State Park and Otsego Lake, Howe Caverns, Sharon Springs, the Farmers Museum and the Fenimore Art Museum. The Glimmerglass Festival, just minutes away, offers world-class opera and musical performances. There are wineries and micro-breweries to tour, and antique and gift shops to browse. All of it within 30 minutes of this peaceful campground. Or, simply unplug and unwind at your campsite and watch the spectacular sunsets and stargaze at night.
