Park Rules
1. Office hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; 7 days a week.
2. No Cash Refunds. All authorized refunds will be mailed.
3. No refunds on early departures.
4. Standard check-out time is 12:00 pm. Late checkouts must be pre-approved and are subject to a $3 hourly fee. Departures after 3:00 pm will incur the full daily rate.
5. Speed limit: 10 mph. Do Not Drive through vacant sites.
6. Quiet Time: 10:00 pm till 7:00 am. Disruptive noise is not permitted at any time!
7. All trash must be bagged and put in dumpster. Do not leave it outside.
8. Parents are responsible for children at all times.
9. Parking at Colonia del Rey is limited and regulated. Each site includes designated parking, and all vehicles must comply with park rules. Guest parking may require prior approval and must not block roads, utilities, or other sites.
10. Absolutely no vehicle repair on site.
11. Rates are based on two occupants per site. Additional occupants are subject to an additional fee.
12. Vehicle washing must be approved through the office.
13. All of our buildings are smoke-free.
14. The mailroom is located by the office.
15. All residents and their guests must abide by all posted traffic signs.
16. No outside fire pit(s).
17. Violation of any park rules and regulations may result in your immediate removal and being asked to vacate the Park premises.
Pool Rules
• Adult Supervision, 21 or over, required 14 and under.
• Please abide by posted hours.
• We are not responsible for accidents.
• No running, diving, or horseplay.
Pet Rules
• Pets must be maintained on a leash at all times.
• Pets are not allowed in any buildings, restrooms or pool area.
• Pets are not to be left unattended outside of RVs.
• Owners must immediately clean up after pets.
Policies
• Management has the right to limit the length of stay, and the number of persons and vehicles per site.
• Site occupancy is limited to one camping unit per site.
• RVs must be in good mechanical condition.
• RVs must not be unsightly.
• RV sites must be maintained in a clean, neat manner.
• Please secure all belongings. We are not responsible for loss or theft of items.
