• Check-In: 1:00 PM

• Check-Out: 11:00 AM

• Late Check-Outs: Must be approved by the oﬃce and will incur a fee. Late Check-out is 3pm. Any campsites needed after 3 pm will need to purchase an additional night.

RATES & PARKING INFORMATION

• Basic Rate: Covers 2 people with two vehicles or tow-behind units.

• Extra Vehicles: Additional fees apply.

• Vehicles: up to 2 vehicles.

• Parking Pass/Decal required on vehicle.

• Must not block roads or empty sites.

• Additional parking available if needed.

• No parking on grass

• Visitors: Must check in and purchase a parking pass at oﬃce.

• Boats & Trailers:

• We do not oﬀer boat or trailer parking.

• If Boats or Trailers will ﬁt on YOUR site, you may park them there.

MOVING SITES

• Do not leave the park until your new site is available and you’ve moved.

• Inform the oﬃce after you’ve moved.

REFUND POLICY

• No refunds for early departures or adverse weather.

• If a 7-day notice is given there is a 100% refund minus a cancellation fee. (This does NOT include Football season)

• Cancellations 7 days or less are non-refundable.

CAMPING ETIQUETTE

• No walking through other sites.

• No expanding into empty sites.

• Campﬁres: Allowed only in raised ﬁre rings/pits.

• No ﬁres on bare ground.

• Restrooms: For Clemson RV campers only.

• Laundry: For Clemson RV campers only.

• Screw in sewer rings: This is essential in keeping our park odor free. If needed, they are available to purchase in our camp store!

• Cleanliness: Sites must be kept nice & neat! No clutter. The Park reserves the right to ask guests to clean up and remove items from their site at any time.

PARK RULES/POLICIES

• Speed Limit: 5 MPH for all motorized vehicles.

• One-Way Arrows: Must be observed.

• Golf Carts:

• Golf carts are allowed only if driven by a licensed driver.

• Must have proof of insurance on the cart at all times.

• All carts must obey the 5 MPH speed limit and one-way directional signs.

• Must have a Clemson RV golf cart decal displayed. Available for purchase in our oﬃce.

• ATVs, Side by Sides, & Dirt Bikes are strictly prohibited.

• Bicycles: Must have lights after dark

• Restrooms: For campground customers only.

• Campers:

• 10 years and older will need to be approved by Park Management.

• Horse Trailers must be approved by Park Management.

• Fireworks: are NOT allowed.

• Trash: please take all trash to the designated dumpsters. Do not leave trash sitting out on your campsite.

• Valuables & Personal Property: Secure your valuables at all times. The park is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.

• Water Spigots: In the wintertime, water hoses must be detached from the spigot in cold temperatures. Camping guests are responsible for their spigot. If the spigot freezes & busts due to lack of proper preparation the guest is responsible for the repair costs.

GUEST CONDUCT

• Children 12 & under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Accompanied Adult is responsible for children’s safety and conduct.

• Quiet Time: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12 AM- 7:00 AM during Football Season)

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• No digging, pounding stakes, or disturbing gravel/ grass (sprinkler & utility lines below).

• No generators

• No clotheslines

• No vehicle/camper washing (except windshield by hand) unless approved by management.

• No vehicle maintenance unless approved by management.

• No gardens or ﬂower beds.

• No window AC units on campers/RVs.

• No porches or decks at camper entrance (small

are acceptable without handrails)

If temperatures are forecasted to drop to 25°F or below please take ALL necessary precautions to prevent freezing and damage to your water connections.

Important Procedures:

• Turn off the water supply at the spigot.

• Unhook your water hose from the spigot.

• Do NOT drip your water overnight — this can cause serious freezing issues.

Take all precautions to prevent freezing of hydrants, faucets, hoses, and spigots.

You are responsible for the water spigot at your campsite

A fee will be charged for any damage due to freezing caused by improper precautions. Thank you for helping us keep the park safe and functional during cold weather!
