PARK RULES
VIOLATION OF PARK RULES WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF PARK PRIVILEGES
1. Personal alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted outside of your campsite. Beverages are available to purchase at The Landing and special CERA events. Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages allowed in the Aquatic Center, Miniature Golf Course or at Youth tournaments/events.
2. Pets must be on a leash and attended to at all times. Owners are responsible for clean up and any accidents. Pets are not allowed in the Aquatic Center, Miniature Golf Course, or in cabins. Excessive barking or aggressive pets will be asked to be removed from the park. Service animals must be registered. Pets may not be left outside overnight or when owners are not at campsite.
3. No swimming in the Lake. Fishing is permitted during daylight hours.
4. Children may not be left unattended in the campground or at park facilities without adult supervision. Children must be on their campsite by dark unless accompanied by an adult. Parents are ultimately responsible for their children’s behavior.
5. Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the Park.
6. Only standard golf carts are permitted. No ATVs/UTVs. Driver must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license. Golf carts operated after dusk must have lights turned on. Please see the Golf Cart Permit for full usage rules.
7. Firearms are only permitted at the Trap/Skeet Range during posted hours. Air rifles, pellet guns and bow & arrows are firearms. Hunting is prohibited.
8. All boats/kayaks must have a launch permit each day. Only electric trolling motors are permitted. Please see the Launch Permit for full usage rules.
9. Motor vehicles must observe the posted speed limits. Driving or parking is permitted only in designated areas. Motor vehicles must be properly licensed. Vehicles must be operated by persons possessing a valid driver’s license. Vehicles may not be operated on walkways.

Please be aware of any incoming severe weather. If you have any fear of the weather becoming violent, please take shelter in the nearest bathhouse.
PARK RULES
10. Go-karts and snowmobiles must register daily and operate only in designated areas. CERA Management will determine when snowmobiles may be operated in the Park according to snowfall amounts. Please see Go-Kart Permit for full usage rules.
11. CERApass cards and Day Passes are nontransferable. Park privileges may be forfeited by pass-holders who permit the use of their card to unauthorized persons.
12. Bicycle riding is not permitted on walkways. No bike riding after dark. Helmets are recommended. This also applies to scooters, hoverboards, skateboards, and electric bikes.
13. CERA is not responsible for the loss of personal property or personal injury while attending a CERA program, or park and facilities.
14. All Ceraland facilities are non-smoking facilities. Absolutely NO smoking at Youth events.
15. Vending, peddling, or distribution of any merchandise or literature is prohibited. No political signs or flags are permitted.
16. All waste or garbage should be placed in dumpsters.
17. Fires are permitted only in grills and fire rings.
18. Persons displaying objectionable behavior and/ or violating the rules of the Park may be removed from the Park by CERA Management. Persons who have been removed from the Park will not be readmitted without the written permission of CERA Management.
CERA MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EVICT FOR ANY VIOLATIONS OF RULES, REGULATIONS OR LAWS.
