The campground is open from April 1 – October 31. Camping before or after is at the discretion of management. All camping units must check-in at the Registration Office during regular park hours. You must be 18 years of age or older to register for a campsite. Under 18 may not camp alone.
One registered camping unit and auxiliary tent per campsite. A camping unit is defined as a travel trailer, fifth-wheel, motorcoach, pop-up or tent. No more than two tents on a campsite. One family unit per campsite. The campground is intended for recreational family camping only. Each site is equipped and limited to one picnic table and one fire ring, unless approved by management.
-All CERA facilities are non-smoking facilities.
-Fireworks are prohibited everywhere inside the park.
-Pools or other water features/play items are strictly prohibited.
-Personal alcoholic beverages are not permitted outside of your own campsite.
-No swimming in the lake, fishing only. Fishing license is not required, however, please follow Indiana DNR catch and release rules.
-Vending, peddling or distribution of merchandise/literature is prohibited without prior consent of CERA Management.
Bathhouses
There are three bathhouses located in the campground. In order to keep them clean, they will be closed daily during various times. Please note that all bathhouses are non-smoking facilities. Pets are strictly prohibited from these facilities. No flushing of feminine products, diapers, wipes or any product other than toilet tissue. The following are prohibited and are grounds for imposition of a fine: Use of hair dye, Tie dye, washing or rinsing of clothing/shoes in the sinks or showers.
Campfires
Campfires are allowed in designated areas, grills, fire rings or approved fire containers. Only wood and charcoal are allowed to be burned. Trash burning is prohibited. Please extinguish all fires when leaving the campsite. Only 1/2 rick of wood is allowed to be stored on a site at one time.
Check in is at 2:00pm and must be done at the Registration Office or the designated Check-In facility. Check-out is 12:00pm. Early CheckIn or Late Check-Out may be available for an additional fee of $10. Cabins
All campground rules apply to cabin rentals in addition to: Cabins may not be rented more than six consecutive nights. All cabins are no smoking and no pets (Service animals must be registered prior to check-in and have an identifying leash or vest at all times. A sign identifying that a service animal is on site will be placed in the yard). Renter shall be liable for all damage occurring during the rental period, including broken, damaged, or missing items; excessive cleaning required beyond standard turnover; and any violations of the no-smoking or no-pets policies. Additional charges will be applied to cover repair, replacement, or cleaning costs.
Dump Station
Conveniently located across from site 200 and by the dog park, CERA’s dump station provides drive-up service for two units at one time. Please refrain from disposing of plastic gloves in the system. Absolutely no gray or black water dumping on CERA property outside of the Dump Station.
Children & Guests
Children under 16 may not be left unattended in the campground or at any park facilities without adult supervision. Children must be on their campsite at dark unless accompanied by an adult. ABSOLUTELY NO BIKE RIDING AFTER DARK. Parents/Guardians are ultimately responsible for their children’s or guests’ behavior.
Any guests visiting the campgrounds that do not have a CERApass will be charged the Park Entry fee upon entrance to the Park. No guests will be allowed entry to the park after 10:00pm. Guests are welcome to stay all day but must leave the park by 10:00pm. Please remember that there is a limit of 2 parked vehicles per site.
CERA has various fishing supplies, sundries, camping necessities, RV & tent accessories, and CERA gear located in the Camp store at the CERA Sports building.
Wireless access is available in various areas throughout the park under the network CERA Public. The current password is s’morefun. Please note that the internet is intended for web browsing, checking emails, and other low bandwidth activities. For gaming, video streaming, and other high bandwidth activity, an upgraded WiFi is available for purchase. Users assume all responsibility for their internet activities.
Laundry Facility
The laundry facility, located next to site 146, is equipped with 2 washers and 4 dryers. All machines are coin operated and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. $1.50 per load to wash and $1 per load to dry. Please be respectful to those with pet allergies and refrain from laundering any pet bedding, clothes, toys etc. Also, please do not wash heavily soiled clothing. Shoes are not allowed in the dryers.
Emergency
In case of an emergency, please call 911 and notify the Registration Office (812) 377-5849 ext. 100 during the day OR Security at (812)447-4039 after 9 pm.
Site Cleanliness
All campsites must always be neat and clean. No permanent structures allowed. Campers of 6 days or longer will be required to trim grass around personal items and under camping unit as needed. Campers leaving sites unattended for more than 24 hours should turn off the water.
Quiet Hours
Quiet Hours are from 11:00pm – 7:00am. Children under the age of 16 are not to be left unattended at any time. All guests must leave by 10:00pm. You are welcome to sit around your campfire as late as you like, but please turn off all radios and hold down the noise. Do not disturb your neighbors!
Pets
Pets are permitted on all campsites and throughout the park, with the exception of Aquatic Center, Cabins, Mini Golf and indoor facilities. Pets must be kept on a leash and under your control. Maximum of THREE PETS PER CAMPSITE. Your pet must be attended to at all times and enclosed in your camping unit anytime that you are not outside with the pet. The dog park is located across from site 200. Please monitor your pet when in the dog park. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Owners assume all responsibility for incidents, CERA is not responsible for any accidents.
Security
A night watchman is provided for your convenience during Peak Season from 9:00pm – 5:00am and is located at the Front Gatehouse. Please call (812) 447-4039 for ANY SECURITY issues from 9:00pm – 5:00am.
Severe Weather Alert
Please be aware of any dangerous weather in the area. The bath houses serve as safe shelters and the Sports & Fitness Center will be open in extreme severe weather. Please take shelter if you have any fear of the weather becoming violent.

Dumpsters are provided at various locations throughout the campground. Campers are responsible for removing trash from their site to the dumpsters. Please help keep our park clean!
Vehicles
Each site is limited to two vehicles per site; vehicles must be parked on the pad (gravel), not in the grass and NOT on the road. Campground roads must always be clear for emergency vehicles to get through. All extra vehicles must park in a designated parking area and will not be given a car tag but will receive a receipt. This receipt is necessary for re-entry to the park the same day. All motorized vehicles must be operated by people possessing a valid driver’s license. Vehicles may not be operated on walkways.
Bicycle
Bicycle riding is permitted on roadways only. Bicycles are to be parked on site at dark. Helmets are recommended. Bicycles are subject to the same rules of the road as other vehicles.
E-Bikes
Pedal assist E-Bikes ONLY are permitted for ages 16+. E-Bikes are to be ridden by 1 person only, unless a baby seat etc. has been installed. E-Bikes are allowed on roadways only. E-Bikes are NOT allowed on the Go Cart Track. E-Bikes are to be parked on site at dark.
E-Bikes must follow the speed limits posted within the park.
Other Electric Vehicle Use
The use or operation of the following electric vehicles are strictly prohibited inside the park: Electric Scooters, Electric Hoverboards, Electric Skateboards, Electric One Wheels, Electric Unicycles, Any other electric vehicle type.
Must be registered at the Registration Office. Only Standard golf carts permitted, no ATV’s or UTV’s. Driver must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license. Golf carts operated after dusk must have front and rear lights. No carts may be used during quiet hours except for travel to and from bathhouses and return. Carts are to be operated properly and remain on roadways. Horseplay, off-road riding, racing, speeding, or other misuse will not be tolerated and will result in loss of permit without refund. Limit the number of passengers to the number of seats and all passengers must remain seated. It is unlawful to operate the cart while drinking or under the influence. Anyone found abusing the rules will forfeit operating privileges.
Side by Sides
Are permitted to enter the park after signing a waiver of understanding at the gate house upon arrival and prior to park entry. Side by Sides will pay the same entry fees as any vehicle and will park in designated areas ONLY. Those areas are the main parking lot, Pickleball parking lot and Sim’s shelter parking lot. They are NOT allowed to enter the campground for any reason. They are NOT allowed to be off road at any point inside the park.
CERA MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EVICT FOR ANY VIOLATIONS OF RULES, REGULATIONS OR LAWS. THIS INCLUDES DISQUALIFICATION FROM SPORTS TOURNAMENTS WITHOUT REFUND.

Under Indiana law, an agritourism provider is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in agritourism activities at this location if the death or injury results from the inherent risks of agritourism activity.
Inherent risks of agritourism activities include risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death, or for other participants to act in a manner that may cause you injury or cause your death.
You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
INDEMNITY. All Guests staying at CERA Sports Park & Campground take full responsibility for any damage and/or breakages incurred during their stay. CERA Sports Park & Campground takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items from accommodation or vehicles and suggests that all guests securely lock their accommodation and/or motor vehicle when unoccupied. No refunds will be issued. FACILITY USE WAIVER In consideration of the purchase/participation at the CERA Facilities, I hereby release and discharge CERA, and its representatives, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, expenses, actions, or suits (including, but not limited to attorney’s fees), arising from accident, injury, death, illness, damage or loss which might be sustained by me, my dependents or any persons in my care as a result of my (our) use of this facility and / or participation in activities. I (we) also agree to follow the rules and regulations for this facility set by CERA and above named parties. I do hereby grant and give CERA the right to use my or my child(s) photograph or image with or without my or my child’s name, both singly and in conjunction with other persons or objects and presentations, advertising, publicity, and promotion relating thereto.
