Repairs on RVs must be first authorized by resort management and only small repairs that take less than one day will be authorized. Repairs that require more than one day MUST be done off site. Repairs or oil changes on vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs) are prohibited on resort premises.

Bayou Bend RV Resort is on a water conservation program yearround. You are allowed to wash your RV using the park’s water two times a year only. More than twice will result in a $25 fine.

You may have your RV washed as many times as you wish during your stay when using a mobile wash service that supplies their own water. (Check the office for info and business cards).

NO WASHING OF VEHICLES AT ANY TIME. $25.00 FINE IF YOU WASH YOUR VEHICLE IN THE PARK. This does not mean you pay us the $25.00 and then wash your vehicle.

Returned checks will be charged a fee of $35. Cash, Cashier’s check, or Money Order will be immediately required to recover the returned check , and personal checks will not be accepted for future payments. There is a $75.00 fee for changing sites or cabins.

Do not leave trash outside. RV/CABIN areas must be clean and free from debris, including but not limited to cigarette butts, dog waste, bottles, cans, stained concrete. Failure to do so could result in a cleaning fee from $25$100. CABIN GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO SMOKE IN THE CABIN, IN THE SCREENED PORCH, OR ON THE STEPS. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED WITHIN 15 FT OF ANY CABIN. THERE IS A $200 FINE FOR BREAKING THE SMOKING RULES. Pool Hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, weather permitting. NO LIFEGUARD–SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Children 12 and under MUST have adult supervision present at all times. NO ALCOHOL allowed around or in the pool. Posted rules are strictly enforced.

Failure to observe and adhere to the resort guidelines may result in non renewal of your site/ cabin. Blatant disregard of resort guidelines and or offensive behavior may result in premature termination of your stay with no refund.

Owner reserves the right to modify or change these guidelines as deemed necessary at any time.

Bayou Bend RV Resort, its employees, and/or agents, reserve the right in its sole discretion to increase rental, water, or electric rates at any time. You will be notified of such change in rates in a timely manner. Failure in timely payment of the increased rate shall be considered a termination of this agreement.

Failure to comply will result in immediate disconnection of all utilities and electricity. Electricity and water are the property of the resort. Failure to pay rent due is considered “Theft of Services” Texas Penal Code 31.04 and Criminal Trespass 30.05. No liability: User hereby indemnifies, releases, and holds campground parties (it’s officers, owners, employees, and agents) harmless from any property damage, personal injury, claims, causes of action, damages, loss, expenses, and/or liabilities arising out of or related to user’s use of the RV site, the property and/or any condition thereon, regardless of whether such loss was caused by the negligence of any of the campground parties.

Bayou Bend RV Resort guests are financially responsible for all damages to park property.
