THINGS TO REMEMBER
1. In case of emergency please dial 911. 2. After hour Park related emergencies 843-685-3090. 3. All vehicles parked in the common areas must display a Barefoot RV Resort car pass or the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense. 4. All trailers parked in the common areas must display a Barefoot RV Resort trailer tag. 5. Additional rules will apply to all special event weeks/weekends, Full-time residents, and Snowbirds. These rules will be provided to guest upon arrival.

• Address: 920 37th Ave S, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582. • Wi-Fi: Barefoot RV Wi-Fi - Password: barefoot • Ice and Firewood are available for purchase at the camp store, and after hours from the guard shack. • Please do not leave bagged garbage outside overnight but instead place it by the curb during morning hours. Garbage pick-up is between 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. • Showers and restrooms are available at both pool houses and bath houses. • Located next to our office is an Arcade with community room, various games, and additional restroom facilities.

Golf cart rentals are offered exclusively by Salty Frye’s Golf Carts - 843-491-3040 All personal golf carts must be registered with Barefoot RV Resort office and display a Barefoot RV Resort sticker issued by our office. Below is a brief list of Golf Cart Rules and Regulation within the City of North Myrtle Beach. Please visit www.nmb.us/600/Golf-Cart-Laws for additional information. • Golf carts must display SC permit sticker. Available at any SC Department of Motor Vehicles. (DMV) office or through the SC DMV website • Must be driven by a licensed driver • Allowed on secondary roadways only • May cross primary roads (Ocean Boulevard, 27th S, Highway 17 or Sea Mountain Highway) • Must obey all State traffic laws • Seating capacity cannot be exceeded • Permitted golf carts may only be operated on secondary roads within the City of North Myrtle • Beach with a posted speed limit of 35 miles per hour or less between the hours of sunrise and sunset • The State Law requires that children under the age of 12 must wear a seat belt when riding in a golf cart on a public road Page 2
Rules and Regulations PARK POLICIES & INFORMATION • 10 mph speed limit throughout the campground is strictly enforced. • All bicycles, scooters, and golf carts operated after dark must have light(s) turned on. Under 2-ft flag required! • Fireworks and explosives of any kind are not permitted under any circumstances. Anyone caught with fireworks will be asked to leave the premises without a refund. • No firearms are allowed in the campground. • No playing loud music or music with vulgar language at sites or on golf carts, including upon entry. • Drones are not permitted anywhere in the campground due to privacy, safety reasons, and restricted air space due to proximity of the airport. • All common areas are smoke free. • While alcohol is permitted at your campsite, it must be consumed in a responsible manner and only by adults 21 years of age and older. • Motorcycles must register with the camp store or guard house upon arrival. • Pool wrist bands required Memorial Labor Day. CAMPSITE POLICIES • One camping unit per site. • Check-in Time: 2PM for RV Sites. 3PM for cottages. Balance is due prior to arrival. Personal checks are not accepted. • Check-out Time: 11AM for all sites. 10AM for cottages. • Two overnight cars limited per site on all campsites. No parking on any part of another site without permission and never on an empty site or on the grass. No part of vehicles may be in the road. • NO STREET PARKING. Visitors who violate this rule will be asked to leave immediately.
QUIET HOURS - 10PM
• Campfires are permitted on campsites, conditions permitting (e.g., wind, fog, drought), and must be contained in the concrete fire pit. Guests must stay with the fire until it is completely out. • Please do not place charcoal grills on the campsite picnic tables. • Please do not walk or drive across an occupied site. • No washing of vehicles on site. RV Washing permitted with approval from office. • Tents allowed on sites with RVs only. PET POLICIES • Do not leave your pet unattended at your site. • Pets MUST be on a leash at all times. • You MUST clean up after your pet and are subject to a $50 fine if you do not. • Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. • There is a limit of 3 pets on all sites. CAMPSITE RESERVATION POLICIES • The maximum number of adults allowed per site is 6. • Cancellation Policy: We will return your deposit if you cancel eight (8) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel seven (7) days or less of your arrival date, your full deposit is forfeited. Snowbird and annual information can be found at the office. • Refund Policy: Refunds are prohibited for weather condition, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid. All refunds processed via debit/ credit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions. • No Show Policy: Any guests that have not shown up 24 hours after their check-in time, and have not made prior arrangements with the resort staff, will be considered a no-show reservation and will forfeit their deposit.
