Rules & Regulations

• The resort speed limit is 5 MPH for all vehicle types.

• Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am

• All extra decorative lighting, rope, or string must be turned off by 12 am. Camper porch lights can be left on.

• Excessive noise at any time will be handled accordingly.

• No one under the age of 18 may be left alone in the resort for any reason.

• Anyone under the age of 18 must be on their site by 11 pm and accompanied by an adult.

• Children under the age of 14 must wear a helmet while riding a bicycles, skateboards, and hoverboards. On e-bikes and e-scooters you must be 16 years of age or older to operate and must have helmets on at all times. In addition, speed limit must be followed at all times.

• Use of powered toys must be under the supervision of an adult.

• No bicycle or powered toy riding is allowed after sunset.

• Swimming is only permitted in the pools and at the Woodland Lake beach.

• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while at the beach or pools.

• Pets are allowed in the resort, but NOT at or in our rental units. Proof of current rabies vaccinations are to be presented upon request.

• Dirt bikes, ATVs, four wheelers, quads, etc., are prohibited.

• Golf carts are permitted in the resort. Proof of insurance must be made available upon request. The speed limit and traffic signs must be observed.

• The operator of a golf cart must have a valid driver’s license and it must be presented to resort officials, resort security and law enforcement when requested.

• Golf carts must have headlights on after sunset and be returned to your site by the start of quiet hours (11 pm).

• Fishing is permitted. All fish are catch and release only.

• No gas-powered motors may be used for watercraft. Electric trolling motors are okay.

• Only tents are allowed on tent sites. RVs, pop-ups, etc., are not permitted on tent sites.

• Fireworks, firearms, bows & arrows, pellet and/or BB guns are PROHIBITED

• We do not pick up trash from sites. It is your responsibility to bring your trash to the dumpsters before your departure. Any trash not picked up can result in a clean-up fee.

Violations will be recorded and may result in removal from the resort with no monies returned.

Typical RV Power Consumption

• Only 1 (one) RV is permitted per RV site. Only 1 (one) tent is allowed per tent site. 1 (one) additional tent may be used on an RV or tent site provided an additional tent fee is paid and there is room on the site without encroaching on an adjacent site.

• Dumpsters are located behind the 300 pavilion and are for household trash only.

• All vehicles must have a valid pass from the office, and it must always be visible.

• Vehicles without a valid pass may be removed from the resort at the vehicle owners’ expense.

• Guests are responsible for their own (including: their children’s, and their visitor’s) actions.

• Any criminal activity while on resort property (including, but not limited to acts of violence, vandalism and theft) by a guest or visitor to the resort WILL result in their immediate expulsion from the resort with no monies refunded.
