Check-In Time:
• 3:00 pm (early check-in upon availability.
Check-Out Time:
• All rooms: 11:00 am. Late checkout based on availability with a $25 feecheck with front desk.
Late Check-Out Policy:
• Guests that remain after 2:00 pm will be charged an additional night stay.
Pet Policy:
• Pets welcome and must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival - no more than two pets per room.
• To help cover the furry clean up, a one time nonrefundable fee of $50 will be added to your reservation.
• No pets in guest laundry, pool area, or indoor lounge seating area. Pets are not to be left unattended for off-property excursions. For the protection and consideration of our guests, vicious, unruly pets are not allowed, and the owner will be asked to vacate the pet off the property.
• Any incidents involving
pets will not be the responsibility of the hotel and will be expected to be resolved between the pet owner and the parties involved.
Occupancy Guidelines:
• Unless otherwise stated, 6 people maximum per space.
• Unless otherwise stated 2 adult guests are included in rate for a king bed and 4 adult guests are included in the rate for 2 queen beds.
• Additional guests will cost $25 per person/per day.
• Children under the age of 6 are included in the rate.
Security:
• Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.
• Keep your valuables locked up.
• Report any problems with your room to the Main Office immediately.
• We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.
Vehicle Policy:
• Observe the speed limit.
• One vehicle per room.
• Anyone operating a motor vehicle must have a valid license.
Quiet Hours:
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.
• Please be courteous to other guest’s quiet enjoyment.
• Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
• Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave.
• Profanity or violence towards others and the hotel team will not be tolerated.

• This Hotel is a nonsmoking facility.
