RESORT GUIDELINES
24-Hour Access – The after-hours entrance is located on the west side of the clubhouse.
Vehicle Parking – Each site allows parking for two vehicles. Additional vehicles must be parked in designated guest parking areas.
Check-In: 1:00 PM
Check Out: 12:00 PM (Noon) – Late departures may be subject to additional charges.
Please respect your neighbors.
Do not walk or drive through unoccupied RV sites. Use roadways and designated walkways whenever possible.
Please keep your site clean and free of stored items underneath or around your RV.
Clotheslines, hanging laundry, towels, tapestries, decorative fabric, and other temporary coverings or items may not be displayed on or attached to RVs or elsewhere throughout the resort.
Please use a secure, airtight sewer connection at all times.
Small propane BBQ grills are welcome. Charcoal and pellet grills or fire pits are not permitted.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Please refrain from entering the clubhouse while wearing wet swimwear.
Guests must be 16 years or older to use the hot tub and fitness center unaccompanied.
Pets are welcome! Pets must remain on a leash no longer than 6 feet unless inside the dog park. Please keep pets on your own site and always clean up after them.
Washing RVs or vehicles without a vendor at your campsite is not permitted.
Water pressure is high. Please use a water pressure regulator to protect your equipment.
Secure outdoor furniture, mats, and personal belongings during wind conditions.
Hacienda RV resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
