Terraqueous RV Resort Rules NOTICE-ALL SITES MUST HAVE A RV WATER PRESSURE REGULATOR. TERRAQUEOUS RV RESORT, ITS OWNER OR MANAGEMENT ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY WATER DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR TO YOUR RV DUE TO NOT INSTALLING OR IMPROPER INSTALLATION

Rate Information: Rates are based on double occupancy.

Quiet Time: 10:00pm - 7:00am - please be considerate of others. no loud music at any time.

Speed Limit: please observe a speed limit of no more than 5 mph.

Sewer/Water: Sewage Hose Cradles are Required. Do not allow hoses to lay on ground, this encourages fire ants and damage to hoses. Sewer connection - a positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is required. Black tank and grey tank valves must remain closed at all times, except during the draining process. Water is provided and included with rental site, please be responsible for usage. No washing of vehicles or RV at sites.

Children: We want children to be safe and have a good time, but always under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are liable for their behavior.

Pets: Friendly, non-aggressive pets are welcome. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted per site. Pet policy is strictly enforced at managements discretion & will result in eviction. Dog parks, walking area, and Pet Waste Stations are available. Due to sewer and water lines fencing in your area is not permitted. When outside the RV, pets must be on a leash no longer than 8 foot and may not be left unattended. Please be kind to your neighbors - always clean up after your pets and keep barking to a minimum. Tie outs are not allowed. NO pets are allowed in the laundry room or bathroom.

Trash: Dumpsters located in the park are for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged and tied; boxes broken down. DO NOT leave trash outside your RV. Cleanliness of the park is important to us.

Sites must be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management.

Internet: Wireless Internet is for our tenants. Please use one device at a particular time so everyone in the park may enjoy the service. TERRAQUEOUS RV RESORT is not responsible for the operations of this service.

Parking: Two vehicles in addition to RV per RV site are permitted. Do not park or drive on grass or brown granite gravel. Please do not block the main drives.

Trees/Property: DO NOT CUT OR TRIM TREES Call Office for assistance. No digging of any kind and no fences may be erected. Sewer and electrical lines are throughout the park. Clothes Lines, Cheater Boxes or Pigtails Are Not Allowed. TERRAQUEOUS RV RESORT is not responsible for any electrical components on RVs. Laundry Room: Liquid detergent must be used. No “Pod” detergent allowed. Clean up after yourself at all times.

Conduct: Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. This will be reason for immediate eviction without refund. Fireworks are not allowed. No Open Firearms are to be Displayed.

Drugs: Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property of TERRAQUEOUS RV RESORT. Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund.

Liability: All Park facilities and equipment are intended for the convenience of our guests. Any and all persons using the facilities do at THEIR OWN RISK AND CONSENT. The Park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God, or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals and pets at their site for any and all damage to the park.

THESE RULES ARE FOR THE HEALTH, CLEANLINESS, LEGALITY AND WELFARE OF OUR GUEST. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EVICT OR REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO BREAK OR DISREGARD ANY RULES WITHOUT A REFUND. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANYONE. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE RULES, REGULATIONS, AND FEES WHEN NECESSARY.
