Imagine two places where you could choose with the outcome of receiving new life experiences. You could choose two places that have different settings, where you could visit for vacation or simply choose to live there depending on your decision. But which of these places would you choose? It could be so difficult to decide. Each place have their own environment that has its pro's and con's along with it. North Carolina is home for a famous NFL team known as the North Carolina panthers, along with famous attractions such as the Nascar hall of fame. It's mainly known for land, along with small towns. North Carolina has a different surrounding as of Florida. North Carolina has a very historical event where the actual Wright Brother's officially flew a plane, outside the outer banks by popular beaches. North Carolina, has great college's too choose from for example you have Duke University, North Carolina State University that provide excellent educational plans to study for a major of your future careers. Here's the fact the minimum wage for North Carolina is way less then Florida currently they're providing $7.25 while in Florida they provide $8.05. Sure Eighty five cent's sounds small but it's a big difference. Along with economic differences. The main differences between Florida & North Carolina is considered an always hot environment while in north Carolina is different, mainly seasonal changes occur, Experiencing all of the changes in your surroundings. Choosing a college means going to a new, unfamiliar world of immense possibilities. One of the hardest decisions a high school graduate face is the choice between attending a Community College or a University. Although Universities and CommunityCollege serve the same purpose, each has its differences and similarities in their learning such as the admission requirements, expenses, size, and student life. Community College are the most common type of two–year College that prepares you to continue your education, are often an affordable and convenient option. In the short story, "Everyday Use" by Alice Walker, a foil is shown between the two sisters in the story. While the two sisters, Maggie and Dee, are two way different girls, they are not completely different and they share some similarities like all sisters do. Maggie and Dee are an excellent example of how even if two sisters may be almost complete opposites, sisters always have some similarities to each other. Maggie and Dee are extremely different people, but they share some qualities like all sisters do. One similar trait is they are both from the same family and experienced some similar events in childhood. Both children had to experience the fire that burnt down their old house (49). When they were finished eating, Dee disrespected her mother by going through her trunk at the foot of the bed and took the quilts (53). Lastly, Dee shows how controlling and how she puts herself above people. "Dee moved back just enough so that I [Mama] couldn't reach the quilts. They already belonged to her" (53); Dee has not even gotten these quilts, and has already put her control on them. A person's life can be summed up within a sentence, their childhood just a word. Time has the interesting ability of warping. At the same time, it has the ability to take away sentiment from any event. Words can only express so much of an experience. One can only relate to an experience by sharing that moment, even then the way individuals process experiences differs drastically. A prime example of this is one'schildhood. People can share the same superficial characteristics, yet have two different takes on childhood. Two male middle children with separated parents and two siblings can diverge completely. The Stage For children, the greatest thing fought for is recognition. Especially as a young girl, it's only natural to crave attention.

I grew up as an extroverted child. That's one of the reasons why I was attracted to the stage; it was my domain, my home. My mom told me that my extroversion became apparent in one specific situation. My family and I were at the beach for our annual beach trip and I was making sandcastles. There was another little girl near us who was also playing in the sand. My mom told me that I walked over to the little girl and just sat down and started playing with her, at one point she asked, "can we be friends?" my response was, "I thought we were already friends."

The Dancer Growing up as an only child my best friends were the Disney princesses. I watched them glide and dance along the screen, swinging in the arms of a handsome prince. They were magnificent. Beautiful, graceful, and powerful. I wanted nothing more to join their brigade. At three, I was put in dance classes to make this dream happen. Tap and jazz, definitely not the princess dancing I imagined. This became apparent when the first recital came around. We were given fluorescent, sparkly leotards. No ball gowns or even a tutu. Comparing Worldviews

Worldviews vary from person to person and faith to faith, resulting in everyone seeing the world through their own assumptions and beliefs. Out of the many worldviews discussed in the text, Integrative Approaches to Psychology and Christianity, and in class three stood out to me for comparison. These three worldviews consist of Naturalism, Pantheism and Polytheism. Worldviews, although not always correct, are how people see the world and reflect on our expectations about life. Differences can be seen in beliefs such as if they believe in a spiritual world, a material world, or both. Worldview's purposes are to explain the purpose of man and the world. All three worldviews attribute the problems in the world to different aspects based on their beliefs and have diverse notions of how to resolve the world problems. Although a few similarities can be found among these world views, there are multiple differences found. When attempting to explain the purpose of man and the world, all three worldviews use different approaches. Naturalism believes man is here by chance, that humanity just happened and one day it will phase off the earth. Polytheism takes the approach of men and creatures on earth being the creation of gods and were put here to entertain the gods and spirits. Pantheism believes only in a spiritual world, so everything outside the spiritual world is an illusion. Naturalism and Pantheism are on complete opposite ends of the spectrum

1. The two types of organization that may be used in a compare/contrast essay would be either block or point–by–point. With block, the first set of paragraphs covers one item completely and then the other set of paragraphs covers the other item completely. In point–by–point, each point is addressed in a separate paragraph, alternating between both subjects.

With these scores, I was asked to pick the top four scores to determine my reported type. My reported type is ESTJ which is: Extraversion (E), Sensing (S), Thinking (T), and Judging (J). On Table 7.15 I fall under the distribution of types and preferences for females in the National Representative my sample is 96 (6.3%). For extraversion, I am energized with others, social, interacting, external, breadth, and expenditure of energies. For sensing, I am concrete, past and present, realistic, actual, down–to–earth, and practical. For thinking, I am objective, impersonal, follow principles, laws, am firm, true or false, critique. For judging, I am structured, single–tasking, settled, plan ahead, closure, and run one's life. My final score for ESTJ tells me I am practical, realistic, matter–of–fact, decisive, quick to move to implement decisions, organize projects and people to get things done, and focus on getting results in the most efficient way possible. I also take care of routine details, have a clear set of logical standards, systematically follow them and want others to also, am forceful in implementing my plans.
