Choose bok choy with firm stalks & fresh green leaves.
Refrigerate fresh and unwashed in open plastic bag up to 1 week.
Avoid wilted leaves with brown & yellow spots.
Blanch in boiling water 2 mins, drained and rinse in cold water then freeze.
How To Prepare
Steamed
Sautéed
Steam over 1 in boiling water for 5-10 min, until tender.
Add it to your next stir fry.
Tip Separate greens from stalks & cook stalks first. Add greens last 2-3 minutes of cooking until wilted.
Raw Slice thinly into salads or slaws.
