ONE WORLD Citizens will become:
a network of Social Enterprises who work together to make WORK of Basic Needs for all and Sustainable Development based on the 17 Globla Goals (SDG’s) a network, self sufficiant, independant from big grants and donations Social Enterprises led by Living Legends: young entrepreneurs, willing to help youngsters in other cities, villages, countries to copy their emample (product or service) for change. To achieve the Global Goals 2030 with No One Left Behind, because: ○ we can’t succeed if half of the world is held back; ○ we all have the same 30 Human Rights to be included! #WeGrowTogether

2019 We work from the Power of Youngsters, their Communities and Social Enterprises. 2018 showed us very clear: it’s time to become independant of grants and donations. Most important reasons: ●
We are a new network, working with small (startup) budgets to keep the projects we create copiable by youngsters in other cities, villages, rural areas and countries. So that the startups for change - created in the OWC network - can be spread globally by & for youngsters of the network.

The old system government style for National or EU grants ask NGO’s to come up with a project budget of at least 250.000,00 euro’s. These grants only can be received by big applications forms and a lot of conditions that makes innovation (being flexible) impossible.
●
All OWC projects are led by youngsters. Youngsters in the lead means: investors (Local & National stakeholders) find it harder to trust 100% in a successful outcome and therefore, harder to help financially. They first want to see good business plans …. That’s why we start the online We Grow Together Entrepreneurship training & coaching program in March 2019.

The online training will start 1st of March All current project leaders are invited to join the WGT Entreprenuership training/program and community As the participants team we work together (sharing information, knowledge, experience, challenges) in a FB group and Drive folder. personal online intake meetings will take place in February
Program Phase 1 ● Know yourself ● Introduction Global Goals & your idea to contribute to (one or more of) the 17 Goals ● Introduction Social Enterpreneurship: working out your idea/project for change into a Social Enterprise ● Tools: Business Model Canvas & Golden Circle to make and present your Business Model ● Smartphone film making & editing, Powtoon: to make a video of your Business Story (Story telling) ● (online) Presentation Business Models to local, national and international investors - to find out who/which partners are willing to invest in seed funding/micro finance Phase 2 ● Marketing & communication ● Customer research and community based earning models ● How to handle challenges, how to be & stay a strong entrepreneur, beleiving in yourself and your successfull enterprise ● Business Plan ● (online) presentation Business Plans to local, national and international investors - to find out who/which partners are willing to invest in seed funding/micro finance.

Common goals to go for in OWC 2019 ● ● ● ● ● ●
The OWC (online) platform with online basic training about ICT, Technology, Entrepreneurship and good examples of startups for change is ready to invite youngsters from more countries. The OWC story and report/publication of all OWC projects are on the OWC Website. The first Living Legends Community Centers have started as ICT, Technology, Entrepreneurship, CSA centers. We know how to work out ideas/projects into successful Social Enterprises with help of our online Entrepreneurship program and OWC community. By the international research we know how to find investors for seedfunding/micro finance of our Social Enterprises. By the Future Roots program and Dialogue for Inclusion Conference we make the next steps for better integration, prevention of migration and contribution to the EU Agenda on Migration.
