In each download will be the social media posts resized for Instagram feed, Instagram Stories and Facebook.

You’ll also find a word document with suggested post copy ready for you to use if you wish to.

Schedule each piece of content into your Facebook and/or Instagram Wellness Coach channel with the aim of sharing around 2 to 3 posts per week minimum.

Remember to engage with your followers in the comments and in Instagram Stories too to build those relationships and secure returning customers!
