How to clear your cache
As a Serenova Wellness Coach, we know you're eager to explore our website.
However, your browser might be holding onto old data. That means you could be seeing outdated pages or glitches that aren’t actually there. The fix is clearing your cache – a quick way to refresh your browser and make sure you’re seeing everything as it should be.
We’ve got you covered with an easy step-by-step guide to do this on your PC or Phone.
Open Chrome and click on the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Select Settings > Privacy and security.
Click on Clear browsing data.
Under the Basic tab, check Cached images and files (you can leave the other boxes unchecked).
Click Clear data, then restart Chrome and log back in to the Serenova website.
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner and go to Settings.
Select Privacy, search, and services.
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
Select Cached images and files, then hit Clear now.
Restart Edge and check the website again.
Click on the hamburger menu (≡) in the top-right and choose Settings. Navigate to Privacy & Security.
Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
Check Cached Web Content, then hit Clear.
Restart Firefox and reload the site.
Open the Chrome app and tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner (Android) or bottom-right (iPhone).
Select History > Clear browsing data.
Check Cached images and files.
Tap Clear data, then restart Chrome.
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Scroll down and tap Safari.
Select Clear History and Website Data. Confirm by tapping Clear.
Open Samsung Internet and tap the three lines (≡) in the bottom-right.
Go to Settings > Privacy and security.
Tap Delete browsing data.
Check Cached images and files, then hit Delete data.
Now that your cache is cleared, restart your browser and head back to the Serenova website.
Everything should be fresh and running smoothly!
