Your role & what it involves.
Being a Serenova Wellness Coach.
Being a Serenova Leader.
You’ll introduce women to our premium nutritional supplements, formulated to support them through different life stages and help them feel their best every day. You will:
Attract new customers to the Serenova community. Sell Serenova products to customers.
Educate the customer on the product and how to use them. Engage and support customers through virtual and face-to-face methods.
Recommend friends and their network as Wellness Coaches.
Recruit new Wellness Coaches when entering the Leader career path.
Have a goal to earn more and be passionate about building and leading a team of Serenova Wellness Coaches. You’ll promote the business opportunity and build a team of people passionate about Serenova who want to support women. You will:
Act as a Wellness Coach role model –following all responsibilities of a Serenova Wellness Coach. Recruit new Wellness Coaches as part of the Serenova Leader career path.
Educate the Wellness Coaches (downline) on basic selling techniques.
Coordinate activities within their group of downlines.
Develop new Leaders as part of the Serenova Leader career path. Train Leaders (downline) on leadership and duplication techniques.
