We offer the option of reserving our spa exclusively for your group, and can accommodate private spa buyouts from 2 hours to a full-day, depending on your group size and needs. Spa buyouts include an on-site group sales representative and preselected treatments.
Select from two of our unique areas: our intimate Tea Garden, a unique sitting and sipping room and the Meditation Garden, which features our signature ‘Meru Temple’ and an Exterior Terrace overlooking the lake.
Upon request, we could assist in providing vendor contact information for food and beverage, entertainment, guest speakers, photographers, and other vendors
Vendors to be contracted separately by group coordinator. All vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance.
EXCLUSIVE SPA BENEFITS
Enhance your group experience by adding spa as part of your itinerary or as a group benefit. We can collaborate with your group coordinator to curate a pre-selected menu of spa service, which can be scheduled and paid for by the group. Additionally, we offer exclusive promotions for participants who wish to book and pay for services individually.

During group registration, a Mandara Spa Concierge will be available to greet and welcome attendees, provide general spa information and group-specific details, and assist with making or confirming reservations.
GROUP WELCOME LETTER
We welcome your group with a letter highlighting the spa, our hours of operation, any pre-contracted services, special promotions, or other arrangements.
INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE OF THE DAY
Mandara Spa can work with the Audio-Visual department to feature a daily inspirational wellness message at strategic displays or work with the housekeeping department to deliver turndown cards with daily inspirational messages.
