Creation of OneNorwich Practices

In December 2019 OneNorwich and Norwich Practices Limited merged to form OneNorwich Practices. We continue to deliver the goals of these original organisations for primary care transformation and by delivering primary care services. The Companies House name of OneNorwich Practices remains Norwich Practices Ltd (Company number 06059636), with OneNorwich Practices the company’s trading name. OneNorwich Practices has also become the delivery vehicle of the Norwich Primary Care Network (PCN), supporting the PCN to deliver its aims and objectives. The PCN and OneNorwich Practices have common goals for primary care transformation, delivering extended primary care and integrated population-based models of care. The members of the PCN also align closely with owners of OneNorwich Practices, as the shareholders of OneNorwich Practices are 21 of the 22 practices that form the members of the Norwich PCN. Thus the interests of OneNorwich Practices and the Norwich PCN are closely shared. OneNorwich Practices is funded via varied sources including contracts, non-recurrent funding and PMS, all with different end points.
