We have identified Primark, Week Street, as an example of reopening best practice.

The clothing and homeware store was rigorous on having staff to cover their queue, which was one of the longest in the town centre. The queue was kept along the store front and provision was made for the queue to continue around the corner. Staffed checked it throughout, including the back, and kept customers informed.
