A Tradition of Gratitude & Outstanding Talent The Forefront Awards

At Forefront, we can proudly say that our employees are among the most passionate, caring, and tenacious people in the industry. Their dedication drives everything we do, and their commitment to excellence shapes the care we provide every day. Whether they are preparing nourishing meals, supporting operations behind the scenes, or creating welcoming environments for those we serve, their impact is felt in every interaction. Challenges become opportunities because of their determination and they continuously raise the bar for what’s possible. It is this shared sense of purpose

and pride that defines our culture and fuels our continued growth.

That’s why last year we launched a meaningful new tradition: The Forefront Awards. Now in its second year, this celebration continues to honor individuals who go above and beyond, setting new standards in leadership, service, and excellence. This year, ten exceptional team members were recognized across three categories: Manager of the Year, Employee of the Year, and Rising Star. Each award highlights employees who exemplify Forefront’s values, lead with integrity, and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to the people and communities we serve. Their stories reflect not only personal achievement, but also the strength and spirit of our organization as a whole.

Dan Bowen, CEO and Co-Founder, says, “The work our people do every day reflects dedication, collaboration, and integrity. As Forefront grows, we remain grounded in what makes us

different: our people.” While the awards shine a spotlight on ten remarkable individuals, they also represent something much larger. They reflect a culture built on trust, teamwork, and a shared mission to make a difference. Every employee plays a role in that success, contributing their unique talents and perspectives to move Forefront forward.

For Gary Pollack, CPXP, Managing Partner, who has helped lead Forefront’s focus on employee engagement, the awards underscore the company’s commitment to creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. Gary adds, “Our employees are the heart of our organization. Through their dedication, professionalism, and compassion, they make a lasting

impact on the lives of those we serve every single day.” This commitment extends beyond recognition, fostering an environment where growth, collaboration, and purpose thrive.

As we enter the second year of the Forefront Awards, this tradition continues to grow alongside our company, reinforcing our belief that our people are our greatest strength. Celebrating these outstanding achievements is not only about honoring excellence today, but also about inspiring the future. We look forward to the continued innovation, compassion, and leadership that will define Forefront in the years to come.

FROM THE CEO’s Desk

As our organization continues to grow, so does the need for clarity, consistency and connection in how we communicate. Over time, we’ve heard feedback from across the organization that communication can feel inconsistent or too reactive. That feedback is valid and it’s something we are actively addressing.

FROM THE COO’s Desk

We’ve already taken steps to improve. From revamped “What’s Happening” emails and Safety Focus communications to enhanced HR updates and the continued development of the Forefront Hub, we are building a stronger foundation for how information is shared across the organization.

Improving communication isn’t about adding more messages. It’s about creating a clear and reliable rhythm so our associates know what to expect, when to expect it and how it connects to the bigger picture. When communication is consistent, it builds trust. It reduces uncertainty. It helps every associate understand where we’re going and how their work contributes.

Our new Town Hall approach is another step in that direction. These sessions will feature updates from members of the leadership team. Associates will hear

directly from leadership on company performance, key priorities and progress against our goals, along with where we are seeing momentum and where we are working to improve. Each Town Hall will also include recognition of teams and individuals making an impact, along with dedicated time for questions and open discussion.

This is part of a broader shift toward being more proactive and intentional in how we communicate as an organization. We are committed to listening, improving and continuing to build better ways to stay connected.

This is not a one-time initiative. It’s a long-term commitment to doing better and doing it together. Let’s carry this momentum forward into a strong 2026 as we continue to elevate everyday.

In early February Forefront began the transition to separating our Senior Living and Hospital Culinary operations with the hiring and onboarding of Jason Fabbri. Jason has extensive experience in the contract management space beginning with HHA and ABM and most recently five years of service in Corporate Strategy with Compass Community Living.

As Forefront continues to grow and scale, this fresh perspective is helping to guide us in how we structure our operations and how we deliver our service. Our end goal is steadfast on creating a structure which best supports our hourly team members, our management team members, our RDO’s and executive team

to deliver exceptional service and an elevated product to our clients day in and day out.

By separating our operating structure and operating teams into Senior Living and Hospital operations, we are recognizing the intrinsic differences and needs that each of these business lines have to truly be successful. While this may create duplicate infrastructure and be more costly to operate, we are certain this path allows both business lines the focus and specialization needed to become world class in operations.

Beyond the Survey: Building a Culture of Continuous Engagement

Employee engagement is one of the most powerful drivers of organizational performance, culture, and long-term sustainability. Engaged employees are not simply satisfied with their jobs; they are emotionally committed to their work, aligned with the organization’s mission, and motivated to contribute at a high level every day. In today’s competitive and rapidly changing healthcare environment, engagement is not a “nice to have” initiative—it is a strategic imperative.

At its core, employee engagement reflects how connected employees feel to their work, their teams, their leaders, and the organization as a whole. When engagement is strong, employees bring energy, creativity, and resilience to their roles. They go beyond basic job requirements, collaborate effectively, and consistently look for ways to improve patient care, operational efficiency, and team performance. In contrast, disengaged employees may do the minimum required, feel disconnected from organizational goals, and be more likely to leave the organization.

One of the most common misconceptions about employee engagement is that it can be measured and managed through

a single annual or biannual survey alone. While surveys are an essential tool for measurement, engagement itself is not an event—it is an ongoing process. Conducting a survey twice a year without continuous follow-up, dialogue, and action reduces engagement to a data exercise rather than a cultural priority.

Employee engagement must be treated as a continuous cycle: measure, discuss, act, and re-evaluate. Surveys provide critical insights, but the real impact comes from what leaders and teams do with the information. When employees see that their feedback leads to meaningful conversations and tangible improvements, trust increases. When feedback is collected but not acted upon, credibility declines and engagement can erode.

Employee engagement is not a program, a project, or a survey— it is a continuous commitment to creating an environment where people can do their best work. Remember, hope is not a strategy!

NEW INNOVATIONS

Highlighting the latest ways we’re strengthening our business through smarter technology, streamlined processes, and more effective organizational structures.

Turning Insight Into Impact: How Leanpath Is Reducing Food Waste Across Our Kitchens

Leanpath is more than a tracking tool. It is a system built to turn insights into action and make food waste prevention part of everyday kitchen operations. Through guided workflows and smart technology, teams have access to real-time data and clear direction. AI-enabled goals deliver tailored recommendations to reduce waste, while daily action items, waste summaries, and engagement tools help foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Early warnings and mobile alerts flag high-value waste in the moment, enabling teams to respond quickly and maintain consistency in their efforts.

Across four of our locations, Spring Harbor, Stillwater, Major Health Partners, and Redstone Murraysville, our teams are proving that small, consistent actions can lead to meaningful impact. Through focused efforts and a shared commitment to smarter, more sustainable practices, these sites have collectively prevented nearly $70,000 in food waste over the past year.

This achievement goes beyond cost savings. By reducing food waste by 40 percent compared to our baseline, these teams are transforming the way food is managed, prepared, and served in their kitchens. It reflects a shift in mindset that prioritizes efficiency, accountability, and environmental responsibility without compromising quality or care.

Every prevented dollar of food waste represents thoughtful planning, improved production practices, and greater awareness at every step of the process. From minimizing overproduction to better tracking and utilizing ingredients, these teams are making intentional decisions that reduce excess while still delivering the high quality meals our communities expect.

The impact is both operational and environmental. Reducing food waste strengthens our bottom line and supports broader

sustainability efforts by conserving resources and lowering our overall footprint. It is a clear example of how our teams are contributing to a larger mission of better living through responsible practices.

Most importantly, this success highlights the dedication of our people. Change like this does not happen overnight. It is the result of daily commitment, collaboration, and a willingness to improve. These four locations are setting a strong example for what is possible when teams are empowered with the right tools and a shared purpose.

As we continue to expand these efforts, this milestone serves as both a celebration and a motivation. Together, we are building a more sustainable future, one kitchen at a time.

Nutrition Digest

Looking Back on National Nutrition Month

National Nutrition Month (NNM) started in 1973 by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to educate and promote informed food choices, develop healthy eating and physical activity habits. Every March, there is a new theme that is derived from current food and nutrition trends or to communicate initiatives and information to the public. This year’s theme is “Discover the Power of Nutrition.” This theme focuses on how we can better thrive on food and beverages that can power our day as well as tips on accessing healthy foods. The theme goes beyond the idea that food is only fuel, but how a balanced, science based eating pattern can shape how we feel, move, and think.

The power of nutrition is found in small sustainable habits:

• Balancing lean proteins with complex carbohydrates and healthy fats

• Eating for longevity by incorporating a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables

• Reducing food waste with proper storage and creative use of leftovers

• Prioritizing shared meals to foster community and mental wellbeing

In the era of misinformation on diet trends, National Nutrition Month serves as a vital reminder: nutrition is not one size fits all. It is a personal journey influenced by culture, budget, and health goals.

Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists supported National Nutrition Month throughout the month of March by enlightening our residents, patients, and associates with education sessions, food related activities, and Chef/RD demos. Thank you to all of our teams that participated in NNM! We can continue to promote health and wellness throughout the year by empowering people with nutrition education, nutrient-dense foods, and person centered nutrition care to support longevity.

RECIPES FEATURED

Tender grilled spatchcock chicken glazed with a sweettangy blueberry sauce, paired with a crisp spring asparagus salad tossed with tomatoes, almonds, and a light vinaigrette.

Grilled Chicken with Blueberry Q Sauce served with Spring Asparagus Salad

INGREDIENTS

3 1/2 lbs Whole Chicken, spatchcocked, have your butcher spatchcock chicken, or see directions at the bottom of the page

1 Tbsp Kosher Salt

Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1. Prep chicken: Lay spatchcocked chicken breast side up on a wire rack fitted over a rimmed baking sheet. Season liberally on both sides with salt and pepper (about 15 turns of a pepper mill per side). Let rest at room temperature while preheating the grill, 30 minutes.

2. Grill chicken: Preheat a charcoal grill to mediumhigh heat, about 375 F. The coals should be ashed over in some places, with red embers burning within. Move the coals to one side of the grill to create areas of both direct and indirect heat. Place the chicken skin side up on the side of the grill over the coals (direct heat). Cover and cook, 15 minutes.

6 Portions

3. Divide the Blue Q Sauce: half should be used for basting, while the other half should be reserved for the final baste and for serving. (If the cooled sauce has thickened too much, simply reheat in a saucepan over low heat, or briefly microwave to return to its original syrupy consistency before using.) Remove the lid. Use tongs to flip the chicken over, skin side down, onto the indirect heat side of the grill. Baste the underside of the bird with Blue Q Sauce, then gently re-position back over direct heat, still skin side down. Cover and cook, 5 minutes. Repeat this process, flipping, basting, and grilling for 5 minutes at a time, covered, 2–3 more times, until chicken is fully cooked.

4. Remove chicken from the grill and place on a cutting board, skin side up. Use reserved Blue Q Sauce to baste one last time and let rest, 5 minutes. Cut the chicken into 6 or 8 pieces and drizzle once more with sauce

Cook’s Note

To spatchcock the chicken, use poultry shears to cut along each side of the backbone. Remove the backbone, then flip chicken over and press down until the breastbone cracks and the chicken lies flat. Cont’d on page 14

BLUE Q SAUCE

1 1/2 Cups Blueberries

1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Cup Granulated Sugar

1 Bay Leaf

1 3-inch Cinnamon Stick

1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

1. Sauce: In a food processor, add blueberries, vinegar, and sugar. Pulse to break up the berries into a chunky pulp. Place mixture into a saucepan; add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, and crushed red pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook, covered, 10–15 minutes.

2. Remove from heat; remove cinnamon stick and bay leaf. Carefully transfer the sauce to a blender. Make sure the lid is entirely sealed to prevent sauce from spattering while you blend. Blend the sauce to a smooth consistency, starting on low speed and gradually increasing to high. When sauce is smooth, strain it through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl.

3. Transfer sauce back to the saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, uncovered, and reduce by ¼, about 5 minutes. The sauce should coat the back of a spoon, and the viscosity should be more like maple syrup than honey. Pour into a container and cool to room temperature. Makes about 2 cups. (Sauce will keep for up to 6 months refrigerated in a lidded container.)

Serving Size 4oz

SPRING ASPARAGUS SALAD

1-1/2 lbs Fresh Asparagus, Trimmed and Cut into 2-inch pieces

2 Small Tomatoes, Cut into Wedges

3 Tbsp Cider Vinegar

3/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/3 Cup Sugar

1 Tbsp Grated Onion

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Paprika

1/3 Cup Canola Oil

1/3 Cup Sliced Almonds, Toasted

1/3 Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese, Optional

1. In a large saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add asparagus; cook, covered, until crisp-tender, 3-5 minutes. Drain; place in a large bowl. Add tomatoes; cover and keep warm.

2. Place vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, onion, salt and paprika in a blender; cover and process until smooth. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. Toss with asparagus mixture. Top with almonds and, if desired, cheese.

A New Era of Senior Living Culinary Excellence at Forefront

It is an honor to step into the role of President of Senior Living Culinary at Forefront. As we look toward the future, our strategic alignment has never been sharper: we are now hyper-focused on the senior living sector. This specialization allows us to dedicate our full energy to the unique needs of the communities we serve, ensuring that every plate and every interaction reflects our deep commitment to this vibrant market.

My vision for our senior living culinary services is built upon the essential pillars of culinary quality, creativity, exceptional service and elevated dining outcomes. We are moving beyond the idea of simply “providing meals” to a model where we are crafting holistic experiences. We recognize that food is the foundation of wellbeing—it is medicine for both the body and the soul. By pushing the boundaries of traditional senior dining, we align ourselves directly with our clients’ missions, visions, and values. When we prioritize nutritional density, fresh ingredients, and sensory delights, we become a true

However, exceptional outcomes are not born from spreadsheets alone; they start with our people. While operational excellence is our technical foundation, associate engagement is our heartbeat. I am a firm believer that our team’s wellbeing is just as critical as that of our residents. When we cultivate an environment of professional growth and intentionally weave “fun” into the fabric of our daily work, we unlock a level of passion that brings every dining room alive

Hospital Food Is Great Food: A Culinary Revolution

The phrase “hospital food” once conjured images of bland, uninspired meals, but a culinary revolution is sweeping through healthcare facilities, proving that nourishment and quality do not have to be mutually exclusive. Forefront is elevating culinary services from a mere operational necessity to a vital part of the patient experience.

Our transformation is driven by a commitment at the highest level of leadership at Forefront, recognizing that a focus on excellence is an absolute and key to our growth and future success. The results can be dramatic: At Major Health Partners in Shelbyville, Indiana we have an incredible success story where patient food scores have risen from the 18th percentile (in 2022) to the 93rd percentile (in 2026). This is a remarkable story and accomplished by elevating the room service menu and patient-focused delivery method.

Great hospital food means more than just pleasing patients; it is also a satisfier for staff and visitors as well. At MHP, the cafe continues to receive rave reviews with staff and visitors praising the quality and variety of menu items like the weekly chef showcase, wellbeing meals, flatbread & grinder offerings, and an elevated market express for staff on the run. Cafe sales have increased by 90% from 2022-2026, and our program is constantly being evaluated and updated with the explicit goal of improving food quality and variety.

The overarching trend is clear: hospital food is increasingly becoming a source of comfort, health, and genuinely great eating. This focus on high-quality food is setting a new standard for patient and staff satisfaction and remains a top priority and focus of Forefront Culinary.

Environmental Services

Forefront Introduces Apollo to Support EVS Operations

accessible to supervisors and leadership. That visibility helps ensure consistency in cleaning standards and supports better communication across shifts and between sites.

We’re pleased to share that Forefront is partnering with Virtual Manager to co-create our EVS OpX program called Apollo, to bring a new, modern tool to support Environmental Services (EVS) teams across our sites. This partnership is focused on improving day-to-day work flow, increasing visibility into operational tasks, and helping supervisors and managers better support their teams.

Apollo is a digital tool used to track and manage everyday EVS work — from room cleaning and terminal cleans to audits and inspections. Instead of using paper checklists, teams will have the ability to document task completion digitally. This means work done in the field will show up in real time on dashboards

One of the immediate benefits of Apollo is that it simplifies the recording and reporting process. Rather than manually collecting and filing paper forms, teams will use mobile devices or QR codes to check off tasks, log notes, and capture evidence when needed. This change is designed to reduce paperwork, cut down on manual errors, and give supervisors more time to coach and support their teams.

The digital dashboards also make it easier to track trends and identify areas that may need attention. For example, if a particular type of terminal clean or high-touch area is repeatedly flagged, supervisors will be able to see that pattern and take action more quickly.

Training and rollout plans are underway, and we’ll share details soon so that every EVS team member feels comfortable using the new system. We’re confident this tool will help make the work easier and improve consistency in how we deliver environmental services across all locations.

FOCUS

Facility Management

Advancing Asset Tagging Through In-House Innovation

We are making strong progress on our asset tagging initiative, a key step in strengthening our facilities management program and improving data accuracy across our sites.

What makes this effort unique is that it is being executed entirely in-house, allowing us to move quickly while keeping costs down compared to third-party vendors. Our approach focuses on getting a strong start by identifying and tagging critical assets first—those tied to life safety, patient and resident safety, and regulatory compliance.

From there, we leave each site with both tagged assets and a sustainable process to continue building their inventory over time. A major contributor to this success has been Will Mathis, EVS Director at Miller County, who expressed interest in expanding his knowledge of facilities management. Through this project, Will has been working directly in the field, gaining

hands-on exposure to back-of-house FM operations and asset prioritization.

In just six weeks, Will has already completed four sites, a testament to both his commitment and the effectiveness of this streamlined approach.

Equally important has been the collaboration from our FM Directors, who have played a key role in supporting this initiative, walking sites, sharing expertise, and helping guide asset identification and prioritization. Their partnership has not only ensured accuracy but also created a valuable learning environment.

This initiative reflects our broader commitment to developing our people, improving our processes, and delivering efficient, high-quality outcomes across our portfolio.

Information Technology

Stay Secure and Productive: The Importance of Prompt So ware Updates

In today’s connected workplace, keeping your computer updated to the most current software is essential. Software updates play a critical role in maintaining security, system performance, and overall reliability across our organization.

The most important reason to install updates promptly is security. Cyber threats are constantly evolving, and attackers actively look for vulnerabilities in operating systems and applications. When software vendors like Microsoft identify weaknesses in their system, they release security patches to fix them. Delaying any of these updates leaves the devices exposed to malware, ransomware, and unauthorized access. A computer missing a security update can create risk not only for the user, but for the entire organization.

Updates also improve performance and stability. They fix bugs,

reduce system crashes, and fix compatibility issues with newer applications and other devices. Keeping devices current helps ensure smoother daily operations, fewer technical disruptions, and increased productivity. In a business environment where time is valuable, preventing avoidable downtime is critical.

To help protect company data and maintain operational continuity, we encourage all our team members to install updates as soon as they become available. When prompted, please restart your device to complete the update process. If you experience any issues, please reach out to the IT team for assistance.

By ensuring devices are up to date, we can collectively strengthen our organization’s security posture and ensure a safer, more reliable technology environment for everyone!

FOCUS

Safety

Strengthening Our Culture of Safety

Safety is one of Forefront’s core pillars and we have taken meaningful steps to strengthen how we approach it across all service lines. Through a restructured Safety Committee, we are building a more connected, operationally grounded approach designed to drive real, sustainable impact.

The committee now includes a cross-functional core team: Pete Shworles, Susan Waller, David Sadera (EVS), Clifton George (Seniors – Culinary), Sean McKenzie (Acute – Culinary), John Brandon (FM), and myself. We are also supported by a strong group of advisors, including Jared Hughes, Jason Fabbri, Rob Pasos, Kevin Bray, and Rob Bride.

A key enhancement has been the intentional inclusion of operators from each service line. By meeting every two weeks and bringing operational leaders into the conversation, we ensure that process improvements are not only welldesigned, but also practical and executable in the field.

We have also improved how safety information is communicated across the organization. Instead of multiple messages, we now distribute a single, streamlined and consistently formatted safety email to all employees. This communication includes service line-specific links, making it easier for teams to access relevant information while reducing overall email volume.

Our focus is clear: to build and sustain a true culture of safety. This means moving beyond policies and making safety part of everyday behaviors and decision-making. One of the ways we are advancing this is by incorporating safety into daily and weekly huddles across all service lines, with Culinary currently piloting this approach. This committee represents more than structure—it represents a shift toward making safety a natural part of every Forefront employee’s day.

Little Rock Air Force Base, known as the “Home of Herc Nation,” is the primary C-130 Hercules training base for the United States military and serves as the world’s largest C-130 hub. Home to the 19th Airlift Wing, LRAFB plays a critical role in tactical airlift training and operations, supporting global humanitarian missions and combat readiness. Spanning more than 6,000 acres, the base is also one of the largest employers in the state of Arkansas.

The 19th Medical Group provides a wide range of essential healthcare services, including ambulatory care, flight medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, physical therapy, and preventive medicine. In support of this mission, Forefront delivers comprehensive facility management, maintenance, and repair services across multiple facilities, including the 19th Medical Group Clinic, Veterinary Clinic, HSMR Warehouse, and additional supporting structures.

In total, Forefront supports more than 153,000 square feet of space, including the 144,832-square-foot medical group clinic, a 3,062-square-foot veterinary clinic, a 2,600-square-foot warehouse, and several smaller support and storage facilities. Services include providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and subcontracted support necessary to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations across the Defense Health Agency’s Medical Treatment Facilities on base.

All services are delivered in alignment with The Joint Commission, NFPA, and all applicable federal regulations, with additional optional services such as pest control and personal property operations and maintenance available as authorized. This award reflects Forefront’s continued commitment to excellence and its growing role in supporting mission-critical healthcare environments in the federal sector.

Building from the Ground Up: The Intensive Start of Government Contracts

Government has its own unique requirements for starting contracts. They include many detailed plans and schedules regarding how and when the work in the facilities will be performed. Preventive maintenance schedules that include every piece of ‘Real Property Installed Equipment” or RPIE as it is called and the task (description of the work to be performed) and the frequency of the service (daily, weekly, monthly, semiannual, etc.) must be included in the schedule. Facilities where there can be hundreds (or even thousands) of pieces of RPIE equipment require a significant effort from staff to put together and submit for approval.

Another example would be the site safety plan. The plan must be both OSHA 300 and Defense Health Agency (DHA) compliant, submitted and approved within 30 days of notice of award. The federal governments current DHA OSHA compliant site safety plan exceeds 300 pages in length.

The customer also designates some staff as mandatory

and requires specific skillsets, licenses, or certifications from them. These staff members must be submitted to the Government for their approval to work in that position on the contract. In additional all technicians must possess current licenses to be able to work on the contract. Examples are electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs and boiler operators must have journeyman or better qualifications to be able to work on the contract. In addition, all must back background checks performed by the Government (National Agency checks) to ensure all can work on a federal installation.

While these are only a couple examples the average contract typically requires 40 or more submittal’s that have to be done by predetermined dates and before we can start work. Given the fact Government had to generate these documents as we were awarded contracts (we didn’t have anything in the company that would work for us) the initial “lift” to build the documents and start the technical libraries we needed for the future was a huge undertaking in itself.

Forefront Marketing: Agile, Creative, and Driving Strategic Growth

Forefront’s internal marketing team operates with the agility and creativity of a boutique agency while delivering the strategic alignment only an embedded team can provide. This model allows Forefront to move beyond traditional support and function as a true growth partner across the organization.

Unlike external agencies that require onboarding and ongoing direction, Forefront’s team is deeply connected to the company’s mission, culture, and priorities. This enables faster decision-making, stronger collaboration with leadership, and a clearer understanding of what resonates with clients, partners, and team members.

Acting as a full-service agency, the team delivers an integrated suite of capabilities including photography, videography, social media, campaign planning, brand strategy, CRM oversight, data analytics, email marketing, event coordination, trade show execution, proposal support, and branded merchandise development—ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels.

With creative, strategy, and execution housed under one roof, Forefront can move quickly, responding to opportunities, supporting proposals in real time, and bringing campaigns

to market without the delays often associated with external partners. This speed, combined with full control over messaging and storytelling, ensures brand consistency, builds trust, and reinforces Forefront’s reputation for excellence.

By consolidating services in-house, Forefront also drives longterm efficiency while maintaining high quality and output. Access to real-time data and CRM insights allows the team to continuously refine strategies and make informed, growthfocused decisions.

Ultimately, Forefront’s internal marketing agency is more than a support function, it’s a strategic engine that fuels innovation, strengthens relationships, and elevates every interaction with the brand.

The Benefits of ADP Lyric: A Be er Experience for Every Role

In today’s workplace, people expect systems that are easy to use, efficient, and built around their needs—whether they are hourly associates, managers, owners, or clients. ADP Lyric delivers on that expectation by bringing together modern technology with a simple, human-centered experience.

Rather than being just another HR system, ADP Lyric is designed to make everyday work easier, faster, and more transparent for everyone across the organization.

One Platform, Shared Benefits

One of the biggest advantages of ADP Lyric is that it connects everyone through a single platform. We were able to streamline from ADP WorkforceNow, Smart Recruiter, and Employee Navigator all into ADP Lyric. Instead of disconnected systems or manual processes, all users benefit from:

• A consistent, easy-to-use experience

• Reduced errors and administrative delays

• Faster communication and collaboration

When everyone—from frontline associates to executive leadership—is working from the same system, alignment improves across the entire organization.

Less Administration, More Impact

By automating routine processes like payroll, onboarding, and time tracking, ADP Lyric reduces administrative burden and increases employee access. This means:

• Associates spend less time navigating systems

• Managers spend less time on paperwork

• Leaders spend less time compiling reports

And more time can be focused on what really matters— serving clients, supporting teams, and growing the business.

ADP Lyric is more than a technology upgrade—it’s a better way of working. By simplifying processes, improving access to information, and delivering meaningful insights, it creates value for every level of the organization.

Packing with Purpose: Forefront Teams Up with Gleaners

Members of the Forefront team had the privilege of volunteering at Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan, where they helped sort and pack food for seniors and families across Southeast Michigan. Working alongside fellow volunteers, the team packed an impressive 31,476 pounds of food—equivalent to 25,181 meals—helping ensure nutritious options reach neighbors who need them most.

We are grateful to Gleaners for their partnership and for the vital role they play in supporting communities across Michigan. We are equally proud of our Forefront associates who showed up ready to serve, collaborate, and make a difference.
