From First Deposit to Family Legacy It started with a simple decision — one that would quietly shape generations to come.

Years ago, a young couple walked into their local credit union to open a savings account.

They weren’t thinking about legacy. They were thinking about stability, about doing the right thing for their family, and about building something steady for the future.

Building Wellness From the Inside - Out A L o o k B a c k a t O u r I n a u g u r a l Ye a r In 2025, ONE Federal Credit Union launched Wellness Wednesday—an employeedriven wellness program designed to support physical, mental, and personal well-being.

What started as a simple conversation quickly evolved into a year-long initiative built on employee input, creativity, and community connection.

Rather than taking a top-down approach, employees were invited to share what wellness meant to them. From those ideas, we developed monthly sessions that introduced both familiar and new experiences— creating a program that truly reflected the interests and needs of our team.

Kindness 365 Supporting our community isn’t something we reserve for special occasions — it’s something we strive to do every day. Through our Kindness 365 initiative, we encourage both our team and our community to take part in simple acts of kindness each month that help brighten someone’s day.

• Earlier this year, our team participated in several initiatives designed to support neighbors in need and spread a little extra compassion.

January – Team members donated blood at local blood drives to help patients in need.

February – Handmade Valentine’s Day cards were created and delivered to residents of local nursing homes to spread joy and connection.

March – Donation collections were organized to support local animal shelters and provide supplies for animals waiting for their forever homes.

Looking ahead to April, our team plans to help keep our community beautiful by organizing litter clean-ups along local walking trails.

Through Kindness 365, we’re reminded that even the smallest act of kindness can have a meaningful impact.

We L o v e O u r M e m b e r s Our members are at the heart of everything we do, and this year we’re making an even bigger effort to celebrate them.

This year we are expanding our member appreciation events through a new initiative called “We Love Our Members.”

The trust and support of our members are what make ONE Federal Credit Union more than just a place to manage finances — they are what make us a true community. Every account opened, every conversation shared, and every milestone reached reminds us why we do what we do.

Each quarter, we will host a special celebration day at our branches to thank the members who choose to grow with us. These days will include refreshments, small gifts, and opportunities to connect with our team.

In addition, each quarter we will recognize four members who exemplify the spirit of ONE — members whose loyalty, support, and commitment to the people helping people philosophy make our credit union stronger.

These members will receive a surprise visit from the ONE team along with a special gift of appreciation.

Our first We Love Our Members celebration took place on March 27, and we look forward to continuing these celebrations throughout the year as a small way of saying thank you.

At the end of the day, our success is built on the relationships we share with our members, and we are grateful for every opportunity to celebrate those connections.
