LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT

This year, we celebrate 75 Years of putting our members’ best interests first and helping our communities bank better. In 1949, eight men of the Viscose Plant in Meadville recognized the need to help their fellow man and sought out to join the movement of ‘people helping people’. In 1948, the National Credit Union Administration was established and soon after in 1949 the charter of Viscose Meadville Employees Federal Credit Union was granted. From small beginnings of only eight members and $40 in assets, we are now celebrating 75 years of service! Today, we proudly serve 12,051 members with over $111 million in assets. For the past 75 years, our mission has been to help our members reach their financial goals with simplified banking services. The year 2024 marks a major milestone for ONE. We’re so proud of the milestone accomplishment we’re celebrating this year. We have made it to this juncture thanks to all the people of ONE. Exceptional tenure, leadership, and daily commitment to serve and our company values are the essential ingredients to the ONE success story. Likewise, we owe gratitude to our members and communities – many of whom we’ve worked with frequently over the course of decades. We consider ourselves fortunate to have earned their trust.

Strong at 75 At 75 years old, this credit union’s experience is storied, and our track record is solid. Today, we are standing on the solid foundation our history provides. But we refuse to rest. It’s not in this company’s DNA. We’re growing like never before. We’re expanding our scope of service. We’re employing new technology to better serve. And we’re continuously raising the bar for our members and communities. Our industry will continue to change, but one thing will always stay the same. ONE’s approach to absolute performance and our family-first culture is forever here. It’s what shapes the experience of working with our team. Count on it.

Heather Clancy-Young CEO/President

Since 1949, we have been dedicated to serving all our members with a smile and getting to know you on a personal level. At a credit union, you are much more than just a number--you belong here, and you are part of our family. Through our handful of name changes over the years, the one thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment to serving you and creating smiles in our communities. 2024 is a very special year for ONE Federal Credit Union because we are celebrating 75 years of being in business, and 75 years of always being here to help! We thought this was the perfect opportunity to introduce a new concept to all our offices that will allow us to gauge our ability to make you smile. In January 2024, you will notice a new kiosk in all our offices near the exit with a simple question printed on the outside, “Did we make you smile today”? We encourage all of you to stop by the kiosk and answer the couple of questions that help us judge our service for the day. In addition to the kiosks stationed at the exit of our offices, we will have other forms of membership surveys available. You may also receive email surveys throughout the year. Don’t be alarmed; we just want to know if you are happy with ONE and the service we are providing you. Lastly, look for the QR codes in our offices that will take you directly to the survey that will best correspond to your most recent visit with us. We want to know about your ONE experience. We want to know if you enjoyed your interaction with the team member that helped you. We also want to know if you think our office is 3

welcoming, and how we can make your experience better! Our members are the driving force behind our business and why we do what we do every day. We have just one more way to make you smile and thank you for being a member of ONE. Everyone who participates in our QR code surveys and email surveys will be entered into a monthly drawing for a Visa gift card. We look forward to the next year of serving you and celebrating 75 years of always being here to help.

One of our favorite community activities has to be trunk or treating. "It really does put a smile on your face when you can see how excited the kids are to show off their costumes," says one team member. All of us at ONE had a chance to serve our local community trunk or treats last October. Each team rocked their own themes including Alice in Wonderland, Scarecrows, Pirates, and Dr. Seuss Characters.

NETWORKING IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

saegertown tractor parade We did something extra for the Saegertown Community this year at the annual Tractor Parade to keep everyone warm and cozy. An hour before the event, we handed out hot chocolate, handwarmers, and other goodies at our local branch. Afterwards, our team walked the parade route to pass out more candy and hot chocolate, making sure to say hello to our members.

creative learning donation When treating teachers to their Back to School Shopping Spree back in August, two teachers especially caught our attention with their initiative to promote creative learning in the classroom. Ms, Steinbeck, pictured on the left, incentivizes her students with a hot chocolate station. So, we helped her stock up on hot cocoa mix and toppings. Ms. Petraca, pictured on the right, promotes teamwork with her Crayola themed classroom to which we donated toys! These teachers exemplify what school is all about... Having fun learning!

we're always here to help Our team at ONE is dedicated to supporting our communities. If you are in need of volunteers, sponsorships, or donations, reach out to see how we can help!

Breast Cancer Awareness Month At 2023’s annual Breast Cancer Awareness Drive, we challenged our members and team to beat last year’s donation total of $615, and we absolutely crushed it with a total of $2,250 across all branches! That’s a difference of $1,635! The donation has been made to the Yolanda G. Barco Oncology Center, and all the basket winners have received their prizes. We are so thankful for our members who participated in giving to this cause. During the drive, we had an especially inspiring story come from a 10-year-old boy, Scotty, who decided to donate a portion of his allowance to the fund, saying, “If I win, I want to give the basket to my teacher.” Well, little did any of us know that Scotty would end up being the winner at our Saegertown branch. When we called to tell him the good news, his reaction was one of disbelief, saying, “I was shocked. I thought, is this real?” 5th grader Scotty and his family met his teacher from Saegertown Elementary School, Ms. Columbus, at our local branch to give her the Breast Cancer Awareness Basket. During his visit, he filled us in on why he chose his teacher for the basket saying, “Ms. Columbus is the best teacher! She’s also a cancer survivor, and I thought she would like the stuff in the basket a lot more than me.” Tina, otherwise known by her students as Ms. Columbus, shared a little about her battle with cancer as well. Four years ago, she was diagnosed 9

with liposarcoma, a more rare cancer, affecting only about 1 in 100,000 people in the U.S. per year. “There was a time when I was going through a 3-month period of recovery. I couldn’t work or anything like that, but I beat it.” When Tina came to pick up her basket, she’d just wrapped up her 4-year oncology appointment and shared that, “Everything is still good and clear.” At the time Scotty made his donation, he and his two siblings were making a deposit. Their mom explained, “The kids are all involved in the Saegertown Sheep and Swine 4-H Club, where they sold a pig at the fair. Their check recently came in, and we wanted to give them some experience at the bank like we did when we were growing up. They each got to keep $50, and Scotty just decided he wanted to donate a portion of his.” At 10 years old, Scotty is saving for college and his first car. Ms. Columbus says that he’s a joy to have in class because of how dedicated and inspired he is to learn. “He’s really just a great student—a hard worker.” We are so thankful to have youth like Scotty engaging with our community and we encourage him to continue to share kindness.

KINDNESS 365

NOVEMBER - LETTERS TO OUR HEROES November is the season for thanks as we look forward to Thanksgiving with our families and friends. But, as we enjoy our home-cooked meals, many of our nation's protectors aren't able to come home for the holidays. So, as we all celebrated the season of gratitude, our members also dropped off letters, cards, and drawings to say thanks to our troops, veterans, and veteran caregivers. With the help of Operation Gratitude, all of the notes were received by individuals of our armed forces.

DECEMBER - THE GIFT OF KINDNESS In a time often marked by hustle and bustle, acts of kindness serve as a powerful reminder of the true spirit of the season, emphasizing compassion and empathy. Whether through small gestures or grand deeds, kindness has the capacity to uplift spirits, create lasting memories, and bring joy to both the giver and the receiver. It reinforces the values of generosity and community, making the holiday season not just a time for exchanging presents, but also an opportunity to enrich lives through the timeless and profound gift of genuine human connection. So, this holiday season, we encouraged our members to give the gift of kindness, and give generously.

Business Spotlight CLEAN CUT LAWN CARE Clean Cut Lawn Care, located in Meadville, PA, has been in business for over a decade. We provide lawn and landscaping services that range from weekly mowing, mulching, and leaf cleanups to snow plowing and ice management in the winter. And, as we continue to grow, our services are expanding as well. The company's founder, Ryan Young, is a Meadville graduate who began this business when he was 12 years old, mowing lawns for his neighbors. From there, he and his brother Jordan built Clean Cut Lawn Care from the ground up, and today pride themselves on providing first-rate services to all clients with up-to-date equipment at an affordable price to supply their communities with lawn care that's “A CUT ABOVE THE REST.” A word from Ryan: “Since I was in elementary school, I had my personal accounts at ONE FCU due to the great member service and products they provide. When it came time to set up my business account and obtain my first debit card, the staff at ONE went above and beyond to help me out. They guided me on which products would aid me in expanding my business, and when I needed a loan for a business truck, they were there to provide insight into yet another one of their great services. I have been involved in ONE's community my whole life, and I can say this company is something special—one that has a different culture from other banks in the area. Their commitment to the community is unwavering, and Clean Cut strives to embody that same sentiment." @cclc2020

BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT

CUTS BY CORY Cory Grazier, a local graduate from the Crawford County Career and Technical Center, has turned her cosmetology license into a thriving business. Before opening the salon in June of 2023, Cory spent over 15 years giving men's haircuts at a local barbershop. Since then, Cory has expanded her services to deliver affordable haircuts to men, women, and children. And, if you stop by and the shop is closed, Cory says this, "I'm probably behind bars!" Cory is committed to contributing her services to all, and spends a portion of her time at the Crawford County Correctional Facility to provide hair care, and mentors up-and-coming cosmetology students. So, whether you need a quick cut or a lifelong salon, stop into Cuts by Cory for friendly and affordable service! "I'll admit that I didn't know the first thing about going into business for myself. However, Dan made sure that I did by taking the time to explain everything I might need to know. I like the home town feel of a smaller bank to conduct my personal and business affairs, and although I'm still learning everyone's names, the folks at ONE have been very nice and understanding with any and all questions I may have whether it be in-person, in the drive thru or over the phone." @cutsbycory

Veteran's day Special Thanks The importance of U.S. veterans cannot be overstated, as these men and women have selflessly served and sacrificed to defend the freedoms and values that our nation holds dear. Their commitment to duty and resilience in the face of challenges contribute to the strength and security of our home. and bring a wealth of experience, skills, and leadership qualities to civilian life, enriching our communities and workforce. For all of these reasons and more, we ensured that on November 9th, our veteran members received a special thanks for their contributions to our nation with a thoughtful note and candy that emphasized our sentiment of gratitude.

THANKSGIVING BAKE SALE Results Wednesday, November 22nd, our team came together to sell homebaked goods with a goal of raising money to provide meals for the homeless and local shelters. We baked so many desserts from cakes and pies, to truffles and pumpkin rolls. With doors opening at 10:00am, most of our supply sold out by 12:00pm! Only with the help of our team and the participation of our members were we able to raise a whopping $889. Those funds have since been put towards feeding the homeless during the holiday season.

hot cocoa & cookies With Santa! We had a magical time with Santa and all of his friends last holiday season. Even the Snow Queen and Princess made an appearance for storytime and songs! The baker elves made sure all of Santa's visitors were feeling jolly with a cup of hot cocoa and all the cookies you could eat. The toy shop elves helped children make the prettiest crafts, and the Grinch and Cindy Lou Who wished all the boys and girls a happy holiday. We had so many friendly kids visit Santa this year. If you missed him in 2023, don't worry! Santa and all his friends visit annually. You can stop by and enjoy refreshments, entertainment, crafts, and even get photos with Mr. and Mrs. Claus for free!

Member appreciation You're The Balm! We all experience stress throughout the holiday season. With all the planning, driving, cooking and family visits, there's barely time to catch your breath! While we don't know exactly what each of our members is experiencing in their day-to-day lives, we are familiar with the impact a small act of kindness can create. That's why Friday, December 22nd, we handed out lip balms and let each member know "You're the Balm!" We appreciate each and every one of you!

sometimes in life, it's the little things that make the biggest difference... At ONE, we are continually looking for ways to improve our member service. And, in 2024, accessibility is one of our key areas to focus on developing. Interested team members attended their first Amercian Sign Language training in December led by Bonnie Guffey. From conversational signs to bankingrelevant phrases, our team is and will continue to work on building their knowlege and understanding of ASL to improve and assist our hearing-impaired members.
