We have acquired, developed and restored over 2,500 residential units and numerous commercial units in the UK, Gibraltar & USA. We have developed singular projects such as luxury mixed-use marina resorts and high-end apartment towers with leisure resorts. In February 2017, we completed the development of World Trade Center Gibraltar, an award winning Grade A office building, which was already 98% occupied, or under offer, at the time of opening. We also have the licences for developing and managing World Trade Center buildings in London and Madrid. We seek relevant asset purchase opportunities, with or without planning consent, direct from banks and strategic landowners.
