Callington Women's Institute

Although Callington Women’s Institute has been meeting monthly during lockdown on Zoom we are looking forward to meeting in person again.

Our June meeting is on Wednesday June 9th, 7.30pm at Callington Town Hall in the Council Chamber when we will have a speaker, Jim, a volunteer at Cotehele who will be talking about the Celtic history of local places and artefacts.

In July we meet on Wednesday the 14th at 7.30pm, again we hope this will be in the Town Hall when we hope to have arranged another speaker.

In August we plan to go on a visit to a historic country house within an hour and a half’s drive

of Callington. Our September meeting is on Wednesday 8th, 7.30pm, again we hope this will be in the Town Hall and that we will have a talk from a local glass maker.
