What is Uterine Cancer


Having a high level of a hormone called estrogen is one of the main things that can increase your chance of getting womb cancer. You may have high levels of estrogen if you: are overweight. take some types of hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
Symptoms include vaginal bleeding after menopause and bleeding between periods. Surgery to remove the uterus is the main treatment for most women with uterine cancer. Advanced cases may need chemotherapy or radiation.
