Omnitau do everything we can in the UK. Your kit will be made at our cutting edge factory near Taunton, then finished and dispatched from our fulfilment centre near Exeter.
This means you can have confidence in the provenance of your kit (we pay every team member above the UK living wage), and it arrives really quickly.
SUSTAINABILITY
UK Shipping
By shipping products to you from the UK, we create up to 90 percent less emissions in delivery, compared to shipping products to you from the Far East.
Materials
We make every product we can from recycled and/or organic materials, to give the fairest deal to cotton producers and minimise waste polluting the planet. We’ve even developed our own proprietary fabrics made from sustainable materials.
FREE DELIVERY & RETURNS
We know how important it is for things to just work and be super convenient, so we offer free delivery and free returns on most orders.
Delivery is free over £30 on any order, and we always use great quality tracked couriers like DPD to send your products.
Returns can be sent using either DPD or Royal Mail using prepaid labels, with prompt processing and refunds straight back to your payment card.
We make and deliver everything as fast as we can – usually 7 to 10 days from order. Lots of items are delivered quicker when we have time, and nothing takes longer than 3 weeks, even when it is a big complicated order and we’re really busy.

Delivery on orders under £30 cost £3.95. Returns incur £2 admin charge for restocking and processing as contribution toward costs. Only items ordered on an order portal, with no name number or initials applied, are eligible for returns. All other team sports items cannot be returned unless faulty.

At Omnitau, we pride ourselves on making our products carefully and attentively. Every item is quality checked before it’s completed and again when it is shipped.
We’re so confident we offer a six month quality guarantee on every Omnitau product:
If you get any faulty with any Omnitau product within six months of your order, we’ll replace it straight away, completely free of charge. We won’t ask you to send it back to us or trouble you in any way.

We apply logos, designs, and branding using the latest techniques, including embroidery, direct to film & direct to garment printing, and sublimation. Our expert technicians will use the most appropriate technique for your garment as standard, which they believe will produce the best and most durable results. If you would like to use a specific technique, just let us know.

If you would like to see a proof of your colour(s) before you order, you can request this by email. We can make any colour, either supplied by you or from our standard chart, onto any of our fabrics for you.
We charge £40 for this service to cover our costs.

SIZING & FIT
Omnitau products are designed to have a consistent sporting fit. All products are provided with an AI powered size recommender tool.
This can be found by navigating to the product on our website (Omnitau.team) and click “What’s My Size?” on the product page.
You can input some basic information and your size will be recommended.
The tool uses basic information such as your age and height, so you don’t need to know your specific measurements.
You can also view the garment measurement table if you’d prefer.

LOOKBOOK
We’ll make you a lookbook which shows all the products we discussed (plus maybe a few extras) and you can see exactly what your new range would look.
SAMPLES
Once you’re happy with your lookbook, we’ll make samples of the agreed range so you can see everything in the flesh.
SETUP
If you love your samples as much as us, we’ll then go ahead and get everything set up on our side. This includes setting up your order portal.
