Every chef leaves their mark, but Head Pastry Chef Rosaura Loza brings a special kind of magic to the resort’s pastry kitchen . Her creativity shines brightest during the holidays, when she leads her team in crafting an elaborate Thanksgiving brunch display that feels as joyful as it tastes.
Under Chef Loza’s direction, the pastry team transforms sugar, flour, and imagination into edible works of art —all made entirely in-house. Each dessert is a small masterpiece, from intricately piped cakes to glossy tarts and delicate cookies, designed to enchant the eyes before ever touching the palate.
What truly sets the display apart is the heart behind it. Every member of the pastry team contributes one unique dessert, an approach that celebrates individuality and keeps the process fun and collaborative.
Many of the team’s young chefs come straight from culinary school, eager to learn and experiment, and Chef Loza takes pride in guiding them as they find their creative voices.
