In this edition, you’ll see plenty of reasons to be excited—from our sellers making their mark in key markets and important business coming across the finish line, to the continued impact of our GSO and ALHI partnerships. Just as important, we’re looking at where we need to lean in next and how we can turn today’s conversations into tomorrow’s wins. There is great energy around Barton Creek right now, and we’re excited to share a little of it with you!

Barton on the Move. The Barton Creek team continues to take our story on the road! Steve Manley just returned from the CEMA Summit in Toronto, while Kristina Dragoun is headed to Orlando this month for Maritz Activate, connecting with customers and keeping Barton Creek front and center. And Steve isn’t unpacking for long. September will have him back on the road, first heading to the Pacific Northwest for customer calls alongside our Global Sales Team, followed by a little closer-to-home travel for calls in Houston. From Toronto to Orlando, the Pacific Northwest to Houston, our team continues to show up where our customers are, strengthen relationships and create new reasons to bring business back to Barton Creek.
OUR LATEST SITE VISIT WINS TELL A GREAT STORY ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS WHEN OUR BARTON CREEK SELLERS AND STRATEGIC PARTNERS WORK TOGETHER TO BRING THE RESORT EXPERIENCE TO LIFE
Site Visit Wins. Kimy Piland had an especially strong run, converting four terrific opportunities with help from our Global Sales partners. Maria Andriola partnered with Kimy to win DLA Piper for October 2026 in a competitive set that included Hyatt Lost Pines and Arizona resorts. Darlene Wood went the extra mile on Cargill, not only helping sell the client on Barton Creek but also helping us grow our relationship with our HB partner. Ultimately winning the 1,133-room-night program against several West Coast resorts. Beverly Garlington helped bring the Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association to Barton Creek over Lakeway, while Scott Bryant partnered with Kimy to welcome back Jack & Jill of America South Central, a repeat group that considered several Texas properties before choosing Barton Creek again. These wins are about much more than the numbers. They’re a great example of our sellers and GSO partners knowing the customer, showing up for one another and finding the right way to tell the Barton Creek story. CONGRATULATIONS TO KIMY — AND TO MARIA, DARLENE, BEVERLY, AND SCOTT FOR BEING SUCH AN IMPORTANT PART OF BRINGING THESE WINS HOME.
