A Journey With Atrial Fibrillation
“A strong woman knows she has strength enough for the journey, but a woman of strength knows it is in the journey where she will become strong.”
Fund a Need – This year, your generous donations will help purchase a cardiology package for the two new, state-of-the-art CT Scan machines that have been purchased by the Foundation for OMC. For the first time, the equipment will be fast enough to scan the heart, as the procedure must be conducted in-between beats of the most vital organ of all.

Conclusion of Live and Silent Auction
Just like Valentine’s day, Olympic Medical Center Foundation’s Red, Set, Go! Luncheon is something we look forward to every February. You have been here with us – raising funds and increasing awareness about the devastating effects of heart and vascular disease – for 16 years!
Produced by Olympic Medical Center Foundation, the Red Set Go! Luncheon remains true to its original intent of being an educational event about heart disease, while raising funds for cardiology care at Olympic Medical Center. Through the amazing generosity of attendees, over $600,000 dollars to date have been donated – with very tangible effects on the care of OMC patients.
Funds raised at the luncheon are used to perform the real work of diagnosing and treating the effects of heart disease. Echocardiogram machines, ECG machines, a nuclear camera, exercise equipment and defibrillators have all been purchased with
funds raised at this event. Your donations make a huge difference in the work we are able to perform here.
Olympic Medical Heart Center has state-of-theart equipment, and staff who are committed to providing high-quality cardiac care to you and your family. The staff includes our clinicians at OMP Cardiology Clinics – three cardiologists, one Internal Medicine physician with a pacemaker and device focus and two cardiology advanced practice clinicians – all available for consultation and cardiac treatment in Sequim and Port Angeles.
Your donation at the Red, Set, Go! Luncheon in support of Olympic Medical Heart Center is an investment in our community’s health. I am here every year – thank you for being here too.
Take care of your heart:
Don’t smoke
Exercise most days Eat sensibly
Don’t delay heart care (emergency, chronic or preventive)

Here for you. Every day. It’s the OMC Way.
With a background in fine art, design, and theatre production, TRILBY HAINSTOCK started OLIOTTO over a decade ago. A love of vintage illustration and the Pacific Northwest inspired a line of locally printed illustrations, tea towels, and other home goods. Scenes are first painted in sumi ink before creating the final screen print. Exploring our region continues to inspire new work and a deep appreciation for our environment.
Soft flour sack tea towels make unique and utilitarian gifts as well as an ecofriendly furoshiki gift wrap. The lint-free cotton fabric makes them perfect for drying glassware, while the wrinkled texture allows them to dry very quickly. So many practical household uses and they also look great hung or framed as art.
In addition to creating the line of regional illustrations, she has created murals and Trompe l’oell Work for SeaTac Airport, Turner Exhibits, the Seattle Children’s Museum, City of Bellevue Community Center, Microsoft Mountain Meadows, Dillon Works! Bellevue Crossroads, Seattle Pacific Place, Redmond Town Center and various Seattle restaurants.
Prior to founding OLIOTTO, she was a freelance scenic artist and properties artisan for the Seattle Opera, Seattle Ballet, On the Boards, Northwest Film Forum, Annex, and several theaters: Seattle Repertory, ACT, Intiman, Seattle Children’s, Cabrillo and Book-it Repertory Theater.
She has designed and painted murals and custom paintings in San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Napa Valley, Carmel, Lake Tahoe, Bellevue and Seattle.
