PRIOR TO ANY DEMOLITION WORK, A DUST CONTAINMENT VESTIBULE AND NEGATIVE AIR PRESSURE MACHINES SHALL BE UTILIZED PER SUPPORT IS TO BE FIRE-TREATED, AND THE TREATMENT METHOD MUST BE COMPOSED OF NON-TOXIC MATERIALS. PROVIDE A DETAIL OF MANUFACTURER'S GUIDELINES AND AS DIRECTED BY BUILDING MANAGEMENT AND BUILDING ENVIRONMENTAL GUIDELINES. DUST THE WALL CONSTRUCTION. ADJACENT UNITS AND PUBLIC SPACES OUTSIDE OF THE UNIT BEING ALTERED, PARTICULATE DUST WITHIN THE WORK AREA, CLEANUP AND P. THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING ALL ADA REQUIREMENTS. WHERE WALLS ARE REPLACED AT ALL BATHROOMS, MAINTENANCE TIME, AND UNPLEASANT ODORS. IT WOULD BE BEST BOTH IN TERMS OF QUALITY FINISH AND ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES TO DEMOLITION SHALL BE MANAGED TO COINCIDE WITH THE AMOUNT OF DEBRIS THAT CAN BE PROPERLY REMOVED ON THAT DAY. NOTE THAT REMOVAL OF DEMOLISHED MATERIAL MUST BE COORDINATED WITH THE RESIDENT MANAGER. WORK. ALL FUTURE SUBMITTED DRAWINGS SHOULD HAVE CHANGES BUBBLED. WE WILL ONLY REVIEW BUBBLED CHANGES. WHERE CHASES, SHAFTS, DEMISING WALLS AND STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS ARE OPENED DURING CONSTRUCTION, PROVIDE A UL-LISTED CONSEQUENCES FOR ANY NON-BUBBLED CHANGES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE UNIT OWNER. FIRESTOPPING OR FIREPROOFING SYSTEM AS REQUIRED BY CODE AT ALL EXISTING OR NEW OPENINGS. WHERE PIPE CHASES ARE S. COMPLETION OF DEMOLITION AND FIRESTOPPING AND FIREPROOFING IF REQUIRED. COVERED DURING WORK IN THE AREA, THE HALLWAYS PROTECTED AND STICKY MATS PROVIDED EACH DAY AT THE ELEVATORS AND AT T.3. COMPLETION OF ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING ROUGH IN THE FRONT DOOR. T.4.
