1.ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL CODES

3.SEE DETAILS FOR CONCEALED BACKING TO BE INSTALLED AT WALL-MOUNTED ITEMS.

4.STAGGER JOINTS OF GYPSUM BOARD AT OPPOSING SIDES OF PARTITIONS.

5.INSTALL DOOR OPENINGS A MINIMUM OF 4" FROM ADJACENT PERPENDICULAR WALLS, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.

6.ALL GLAZING SHALL CONFORM WITH ALL FEDERAL AND LOCAL GLAZING CODES AND ORDINANCES.

7.PROVIDE ALL DOORS COMPLETE WITH ALL HARDWARE FITTINGS AND ACCESSORIES AS REQUIRED FOR SPECIFIC INSTALLATION. ALL DOORS DESIGNATED AS FIRE RATED SHALL BE LABELED AS REQUIRED BY CODE. PROVIDE APPROPRIATE FIRE RATED FRAME SIZED TO SPECIFIC FIRE RATED PARTITION.

8.FURNISH PROPER HARDWARE FOR ALL OPENINGS, WHETHER LISTED OR NOT NOTED. INSTALL HARDWARE ACCORDING TO THE STANDARDS OF THE SPECIFIC MANUFACTURERS USED. REFER TO HARDWARE SCHEDULE FOR DOOR HARDWARE GROUPS.

9.REFER TO DETAILS FOR DOOR HARDWARE AND ACCESSORY MOUNTING INFORMATION.ALL DOORS TO HAVE 1/8" CLEARANCE ABOVE THE FINISHED FLOOR OR THRESHOLD.

10.PROVIDE AND INSTALL A MINIMUM OF TWO 2A10BC CLASSIFICATION FIRE EXTINGUISHERS. VERIFY EXACT LOCATION AND QUANTITY WITH FIRE MARSHAL.

11.ELECTRICAL PANELS SHALL BE INSTALLED WHERE LOCATED AS SHOWN ON THE PLANS. NO OTHER LOCATION SHALL BE PERMITTED WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE ARCHITECT.

12.ALL HARDWARE SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE BUILDING CODE AND ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.
